  I ordered a long island and waited 15 minutes for it. The bartender saw me and basically admitted that she forgot about me and my date. She then asked another guy to make my drink but my drink came out looking like water. The coke machine was down but the guy didn't tell me so he tried to sell me that long island without coke which is why it looked and tasted horrible. I had to send that drink back and order a ginger beer and Don Julio. That drink was weak with very little alcohol. I sent that back and after the 3rd attempt they finally made a decent drink. I was prepared to spend $150 minimum but because of my lackluster experience I only spent $20 and went to another bar which got $127 of my money.

  Went to visit this location tonight. We went in and it took some time to be seated. Once seated a server did come over very promptly and took our drink order. There was 2 of us and we ordered water and we knew what we wanted to eat so he took the order for an order of nachos at the same time. About a good 30 minutes later we saw someone come out from the kitchen with an order of nachos looking around as if he didn't know what table ot belonged to and then turned around and headed back to the kitchen with it. I didn't say anything because I was unsure if it was suppose to be our order of nachos or not. I let a good 20 to 30 minutes more go by and finally got the servers attention and asked him about the 1 little order of nachos that we ordered a good hour before. His response was it has not been an hour and the nachos are not little . They are pretty big size. That remark irritated me because I knew it had been. I told him I'm asking because I saw a good 20 to 30 minutes ago an order of nachos was brought out but returned to the kitchen because the person couldn't figure out where it belonged but didn't ask the tables nor the servers. He said he would check on it. I'm assuming he did because a good 20 minutes more went by and we saw kitchen staff member walking out with another order and repeating the same thing looking around as to not knowing where it belonged and not asking a server or tables and taking it back to the kitchen as well. At that time It was an hour and half and I was disgusted so we got up, found our server and told him to cancel our order. I was pretty sure both times those nachos came out they were for us. I feel if the kitchen staff didn't know what table it belonged, he should of asked he server or a server should had a table number on the ticket. We were sat back in the corner table and pretty much forgotten aboit and ignored. This was a bad experience for us . Better communication needs to take place.

  They don’t put drink pricing on the menu and if you ask what a drink costs the staff acts annoyed and says they don’t know….then will go ask what price that particular drink costs. At that point you don’t want to be rude so you don’t ask any more drink prices. I considered giving 1 star for this alone but gave 2 just because there is still a fun atmosphere for the family and huge tv’s for watching games. Either way I’m tired of massive corporations looking at humans as just data points…..which is what they’re doing by not putting pricing on the menu. They clearly ran the numbers and saw they make more because the type of people who live in huge credit card debt don’t even bother asking the prices so in the end the corporation comes out ahead. Oh ya….and forgot to mention but it took an hour for a salad and wings/fries to come out.

  Me and my fiance have made it a tradition to visit a Dave & Buster's when we go on vacation. This time it was at the location on Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach. This time however, we were immediately being rushed by our server, even when they were not insanely busy and were the only people with a table in the section we picked. We bought two all day play cards and with it only being 4pm when we got there, had expected to spend quite a bit of time eating and playing games. We got drinks and our initial appetizers very quickly and when the server asked if we were ready to order a meal, my fiance told her not yet, but that we were going to be ordering more after playing some games. We ate half our appetizers and then went to play some games for about 30 minutes, came back and ate the other half of our appetizers. The server asked again about ordering a meal and my fiance told her that we weren't quite ready yet but that we would be ordering more soon. We left to play another 30 minutes of games and came back to a clean table, including our drinks which we were not done with. The server came and told us that she had closed our tab. This was disappointing to us because we had been ready to order more at that point, but instead we paid and left. This is the first time that we had been unable to go and play games throughout the course of eating at Dave & Buster's. I'm not sure if there were just different rules in place or if the server was just impatient. It did make Dave & Buster's miss about $50 - $70 more of purchases from us, so I guess in the end it is more their loss than ours.

  We had a large group and asked if we could sit together and if not that was ok. We waited ten minutes or more before we were seated. I sat with my son and his friend at one table, while the rest of my party say at another. The waitress came right over to our table and took our drink orders. We got our drinks and ordered our food and it came out in a reasonable time. The others in my party hadn't even gotten their drinks yet by that ttime.we ate and my son and his friend went to play games. I ordered another beer and decided to wait for that. Thirty minutes uses later my beer never came and the other people in my group hadn't gotten their food yet. I finally went to the bar and asked for a beer and got it right away. I went to find my son and play some games and played pool with my wife, the waitress asked if I wanted my bill. I said yes and told her I was a first responders and wanted to the 15% discount. That was another 30 minutes or so before we saw her again. The food was ok to say the least but the service was so mind numbing slow I couldn't handle it.
