  I eat at this particular restaurant, and I've always had a very friendly and welcoming experience, even when the restaurant is full and there's a line, which I know can be one of the most stressful times for restaurants. But I specifically want to give a shout-out to Parker! She runs a very well organized, very clean, and well-staffed establishment. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and make you want to come back again and again. It was an awesome experience from start to finish and she deserves this shout-out and more.

  Workers were exceptionally kind upon entering. They made small talk conversation as I ordered my bowl and even packed my bowl to the brim with cold sides. They went above and beyond for my service and I will be back the next time I come to South Carolina. Dining room was clean, and they had everything I wanted. Ice machine didn’t work which is perfectly okay as I tend to not get ice sometimes but the Mr pibb was top tier!!!!

  Runs very inefficiently for a Saturday night. Out of everything, line out the door and only one person making orders and ringing up. Took an hour for my order. Upper management needs to staff the weekends correctly. The staff is great, I blame management

  Me and my fiancé went here for 2 bowls and she ordered her bowl with the rice on the side. We go to checkout, and the girl at the counter charged us for a side bowl of rice when that rice was already going to be in the order as the main portion. No extra ingredients were added, if anything, less. Then she said you guys ordered a side with a bowl next to her with literally just meat and veggies and no main filler in it. I never have been so disappointed in Chipotle. I don't do fast food and Chipotle is really the only take out food I go to, but this Chipotle is looking like they're hiring just anybody these days....

  Went here for the 1st time at this location on Friday August 21st 2026 with my parents. If you haven't been to a chiptole before, they are a fast food mexican restaurant that sells burritos, tacos, bowls, and more! It is a build your own items and has meat options, veggie options, and more! We came here after ordering a couch from Rooms To Go, so we were nearby and in the area. We also had a gift card for this place to use. This chiptole is located by the entrance of the mall, and is nearby AspenDental. There was plenty of parking, and we parked. When we arrived, there was a line, but it moved rather quickly. I ordered a bowl with Soffritas, which is a plant based meat, and it had white rice, onions, lettuce and corn. Person preparing order was a little tough to hear, but got through it. My mom and also ordered similar items to mine. We paid via a gift card, and paid the remaining balance with a credit card. Restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating, and is comfortable inside. We ate our food there and enjoyed it! Will definitely be back if we are in the area!
