I had to tell them it was skimpy and they asked if I wanted to pay for more filler rice. I told them just put more chicken and give me the last few pieces of lettuce they had in their sparse metal container. In doing that the bowl went from $11.00 to $18.00. So essentially, I paid extra for what I was supposed to get in the first place. Not a good look for Chipotle.

We wanted shredded cheese specifically, and they said that they would substitute for the cave so they did not tell us that we would have to pay for the substitution which in my opinion if you’re offering it as a substitution one would assume that it would be free. Staff is of course, rude and cannot be bothered, portion sizes are pathetic. And the staff has their items strewn across one of the high top tables taking away from seating for guests. Soda fountain area is dirty with no utensils or napkins. Went online for customer support and was given them. Also use our specific code to do a feedback. Doubt anything will change. The Chipotle standard has dropped drastically.
