- MOMichael O’Bryant5 days ago1.0My brother and I walked in and they had a list of ingredients they were out of. Shredded cheese was on the list. When we got to the counter, before starting to make our bowls, I asked the lady if they would do queso instead since they were out of shredded cheese. She replied, “ yes they we have queso.” So we proceeded to get our bowls made. After they put the queso on my brother’s bowl, they grab the little yellow plastic indicator that told the next worker to charge us for the queso, so we asked again if we had to pay for it since we were told they would sub it for shredded cheese. They said yes we had to pay for it because it’s more expensive. We went back and forth about how that was unfair and the lady just threw her hands up and said there was nothing she could do now. Running out of ingredients happens, but giving customers incorrect information and then charging them anyway is incredibly unprofessional and poor customer service. Very disappointing experience and worst that we both feel like we were lied to. Would not recommend.

Seems to just be too lazy to get more from the back or lack of ordering. This is not the first time they are out of things. The past 4 months it’s always we are out of this and out of that.
- JLJames LynchMay 21, 20262.0A few days ago - Guy in front of us got a bowl and the tall male server (obviously a friend from the interaction) piled the food on so high the lid wouldn’t close. No extra charge for it. Our turn and we were greeted with a completely different attitude - “what do you want”. Ordered a bowl and got barely an even spoon of chicken. We asked for a little more, but were curtly told that it would be an extra charge. Super skimpy servings of cheese and fajita mix too, less than half full bottom section . Cashier was no better with a similar attitude. A bad experience for us and poor representation of service for this restaurant.
