  Never come here and ask for 1/2 chicken and 1/2 barbacoa because you will be charged for double chicken and barbacoa. Asked for a receipt couldn’t get one because I was told the receipt machine is down. How long will it be broken? Never will I EVER come back here. I will go to retail ct by the mall. And let’s not forget the queso looks like its been sitting for 30 days and 30 nights.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went there last night at 9 PM, two hours before their posted closing time of 11 PM. I ordered a bowl, and my boyfriend ordered a burrito. What we experienced was completely unacceptable. My bowl was basically inedible. The chicken was so extremely salty that I literally could not eat it. The food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, and honestly, it gave us the impression that we were being served leftovers from the entire day. The customer service was just as bad. There were THREE employees there, yet only ONE person actually seemed willing to serve us. The attitude and lack of effort were unbelievable. If you are open until 11 PM, customers coming in at 9 PM should NOT be treated like an inconvenience, and they certainly should not be given food that looks like the restaurant is already closed. My boyfriend ate his burrito and said it tasted fine at the time. However, the next morning he was unable to work because he was vomiting and having severe diarrhea. I cannot say with certainty that the food caused this, but after seeing and tasting the food we were served, we are extremely concerned. I have never felt so uncomfortable spending money at a restaurant. The quality of the food, the way we were treated, and the overall condition of the meal were completely unacceptable. If this location cannot serve fresh food and properly take care of customers until its actual closing time, then something seriously needs to change — whether that means changing the staff, improving food handling and preparation, or addressing the management of this location. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had, and I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone. I would never come back.

  Unfortunately I never leave bad reviews but I guess there’s always a first for everything. I dislike complaining cause I don’t wanna come off as a “Karen”. I’ve worked in food service for some time so I understand when times are tough. This is not the time. Either the workers are high, or just too incompetent to comprehend basic service. I ordered online and got there about a minute before the order was ready. I waited for a bit, which isn’t bad at all cause he had a ton of orders from what I’ve seen. My boyfriend asked for a Mexican coke and the kind guy working the front said they were all out, as we were actively staring at the said mexican cokes. Then, the dml guy told me they were out of corn, and I said no worries at all I understand. I proceed to see a pan of corn sitting in the front line cold side. I did work at chipotle so I THOUGHT that everything is supposed to go to dml first if ran out, that way people who order online (who also pay first) gets first dibs. I quietly ask the front guy if I can have a side of corn, and he says yes that’s okay. He was amazing, sweet and understanding. I tend to not get attitudes to people because I do understand how hard it is. Customers are no joke. They are ruthless. So I just smiled the entire time, because I’ve already had a long day and I just wanted my food. The cashier also may have just been having a hard day but her attitude was also upsetting. They didn’t have vinaigrette which is disappointing cause it’s one of my favorite things but I’ll get over it. We get back to the condo, chips are completely stale. Inedible. They taste as if somebody threw them in the air fryer and left them in there longer than a minute. I went to another chipotle a couple days ago by Coastal Grand Mall and their service/food was top tier. I will be returning to that one when I travel down to SC again. As for this one, I hope it gets new employees or just straightens out altogether.

  I almost skipped it because of the low star rating, but glad I didn’t. This was a clean store, food was fresh.
