TERRIBLE! 2 out of 2 times wings have been left off, did not receive ranch. Received half of someone else’s order and customer service is a 0/10. Do not go here and waste your money. Who wants to eat wings without their dipping sauce and they refused to give any sort of refund for this.

We love BWW and have come to this location for years. We have been there through good service and bad, cold wings, long wait times, etc. We are servers, we get it. What we don't understand and won't accept is being judged. Times are hard right now, whether you grocery shop or go out to eat. On our app, we seen a deal for 20 wings and a large fry for $21.99. I looked for the fine print stating that this was valid for pickup or delivery only but didn't find that info. Still understanding that it could possibly just be that, we asked our server, Rachael. She said it was online only. Okay no biggie. We then asked about the Bottomless Apps special that was running into June, that ended. Makes sense, it's Summer but figured we would ask anyway. From that point on, we could tell that we were being judged. We needed a few minutes to decide what we were going to get. At this point we still planned on ordering there, there were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). Ultimately we decided to just order pickup for the dinners but still ordered appetizers while we waited. We ordered our apps and she asked about dinner, we explained it was just going to be apps and that we decided to order pickup because it was saving us so much money. I could barely finish my sentence before she was gone. We didn't matter at that point. It wouldn't have made sense for us to not do the pickup special. For 20 wings and a large fry we would be looking at almost $40. This was half that. What she doesn't know, and the reason you should treat everyone the same no matter what, is that we were willing to tip extra on the apps. If she was okay with it, we would've eaten the to go order at her table and tipped her based off the original price of what we ordered to go. Obviously she wouldn't have known that because we didn't tell her, but that is because we were immediately dismissed. I understand it isn't an ideal situation and there was not a lot of money to be made at that point, but you should still treat everyone the same. You never know what you are missing out on. We left feeling incredibly judged and cheap all because we were trying to get the best deals. We did tip her 20% of our apps and drinks but we tipped the togo crew 30% of our order total. The togo crew was very nice. 🤷‍♀️ Now...if Rachael was as kind as Abby, we wouldn't have had this issue. We made a note of who to ask for next time and who to avoid.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings Store #3308 in Myrtle Beach, and while our experience started out okay, it quickly went downhill. We visit this location frequently—typically at least once a month—because it is close to our home. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough that we are reconsidering whether we will return. After being seated, we waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. We understood the restaurant may have been busy, so we were patient and did not complain. Our server, Aleshia, eventually arrived, took our drink order, and returned later to take our food order. From there, the service continued to decline. Our food took at least 40 minutes to arrive, and during our meal, my husband needed a refill on his drink. Our server was nowhere to be found, and after waiting for quite some time, he got up and refilled it himself. While we understand that customers should not be making their own drinks, he was simply trying to avoid interrupting anyone and did not intend to cause an issue. When Aleshia finally came back to our table, the first thing she said was that her manager had "gotten on her" because my husband refilled his own drink. She then told us that he should have asked her for a refill. During this conversation, she stated, "I'm not trying to bust your balls," in front of our 9-year-old daughter. We found this language completely inappropriate, especially in a family restaurant. My husband asked Aleshia to send the manager over so they could discuss the situation directly. The manager never came to our table. Later, when my husband went to speak with the manager himself, the manager stated that he had no idea what he was talking about and that he had never spoken to our server about the issue. At that point, either the server was not being truthful, or there was a serious breakdown in communication. Either way, it reflected poorly on the restaurant. When our server eventually returned, my husband explained what the manager had said. At that point, Aleshia changed her story and claimed that other employees had mentioned the situation to her instead. She then rolled her eyes at my husband and walked away. After that, she repeatedly checked on nearby tables while walking right past ours without acknowledging us. The level of service we received was unacceptable. We are generally easygoing customers, and we understand that restaurants get busy. However, poor communication, inappropriate language, inconsistent explanations, and dismissive behavior are not acceptable. We always tip our servers—and usually tip very well—but in this case, we did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one. It is unfortunate because we have been loyal customers of this location for years. We hope management addresses these issues so other guests do not have a similar experience.
