  Hands down the best Bojangles location this side of the mason Dixon line! Excellent fast and efficient service. The food is always hot and on point! Chris has changed this location following their remodel! Highly recommend!

  Ordered a #12 Bo chicken combo, got the side, the drink, no sandwich. When I returned to the store (under 2 minutes of leaving with my drive thru order), I was given attitude by the manager himself through passive aggression. “I trust you, when others doubt you trust yourself.” After a little parade of talking about trust. When I saw them making another sandwich, the workers and manager looked up and were whispering and then all looking down at the new sandwich. Didn’t bother eating the new sandwich, when I doubt people I normally trust my gut.

  I've long wanted to try Bojangles Chicken Sandwich after reading great reviews that said it was better then Popeyes, my all time favorite. It was more crispy than Popeyes, ice crust, juice and good size. That's where it ends. A big part of a good sandwich is the sauce. It comes standard with mayo. The quantity of mayo was sparse. It also was not appropriate. I was really hoping for something outstanding like the Popeyes spices sauce, Cane sauce, Chick-fil-A sauce, even a good honey mustard. The mayo just does not add to it. I did get a side of Bo sauce, that was a disappointment. It's just a slightly spicy barbecue sauce. Who puts barbecue sauce on fried chicken? Now for the service or lack of. I asked for number 12 the Bo Chicken Sandwich. The cashier repeated my order, but it was not what I said. I then pointed to the menu board behind her and said again, number 12, the Bo Chicken Sandwich. When I looked at the register display, it said number 13 the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I should have walked out, but once again said no, I would like number 12, the Bo Chicken Sandwich. I also ordered the Round Tots. My oder came out quick. It was steaming hot and crispy. Kudos for that on the Sandwich. The tots, they were larger (size) than I expected, basically 2 bites per tot. When I think tots, I think of something that is bite size, not something you bite into. Most of the tots were crispy, but there were many that were cooked inconsistently. It seems some must have been stuck together and then broken into the 2 or more individual pieces. You could tell as the edges were crispy, but the middle, center portion on some were mushy, under cooked. I might give it a try again as a to go order and be prepared to use my own sauce. If I do try again, it will be at a different location. Unless they train their staff better, I don't see this place being around for long.
