  We love B&J’s and have been going to this location every year during our family vacation. Today we walked in and there was no greeting or acknowledgment. There was a large party in front of us and both of the employees were fulfilling their order. It came to be our turn in line and one lady started our order and then the other lady took care of the people in line behind us. It surprised me because I would think the customers first in line would be taken care of and then they would go to the next. After the second lady helped the people in line behind us, she started to re stock. We asked if she could help with our order and she refused. Then, she told us she “heard we were complaining from the time we walked in”. We only had heard a very loud ringer from a phone that someone had left behind and were trying to find out who’s it was. Both employees were extremely rude. I have never been treated like this as a customer. So disappointing.

  My family and I just had a horrible experience. As soon as we walked in , a woman employee starting staring rudely. We had my 7 year old and 4 year old who were looking at what to order, and I heard the employee mumble under hear breathe, “are yall gonna order or what?” I was flabbergasted so I asked her “what was that” and she just stood there surprised like she didn’t think I would hear her. Nevertheless we ended up leaving without ordering from that location, while our 4 year old was crying because he still wanted icecream. I’m not sure of the employee name but she just ruined the experience for the our kids. This was at the Ben and Jerry’s of Caribbean resort Myrtle beach sc.

  Always love visiting this location. Employees are always kind. This one is not as "touristy" as the other location down the street. Smaller, quaint feel. My favorite ice cream place in MB. Love B&J company mission and values. My gf& I enjoy bike riding to get ice cream. Perfect date night!
