She just stared at us and waited for us to tell her, with a very sour expression on her face. We encountered this same employee twice, and it was the same situation both times. The place also was terribly understaffed, and only about half the flavors were in stock. I also found a bit of chocolate ice cream in my cotton candy ice cream, and the person before me ordered chocolate, so she clearly didn’t clean the scoops properly or switch scoops.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
