  Almost 40 minutes to receive my food, had to return the order because it was the wrong order then got home and order is wrong again. Should look in hiring more staff, your staff is overwhelmed.

  I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready for pickup at 1:34pm. I sat in the drive thru line for a total of 24 minutes. There was only about 4 cars in the drive thru and I watched at least 3 more cars leave. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I checked my bag and of course I was missing an item so I had to go back. I went in instead of trying to sit in that line forever again and it was pouring down raining (my luck). Overall the food looks fine, haven't ate anything yet since I have to rush back to work now that my lunch break is over. The older gentleman was very nice though. Idk if they are short staffed or what but they were very slow and still not efficient. Maybe if I decide to come to this Arbys again the service will be a little quicker and they won't forget anything next time.

  They must of had a bad day. 3 working on 5/30 older man running drive thru. Young guy taking orders. Took him 10 to wait on me. Barely spoke. Woman fixing sandwiches slinging them when finished. Hollering at them. Had to ask for sauce. No thank you. Pitiful place tonight.
