  Rude elderly employees. Long wait times. Ready at 1:21 NOT. 1:39. And they were rude. They also got my Oder wrong. Waiting another 10 minutes. Third time they messed up my simple order. Waiting another 15 minutes while all three employees stare at the fryers instead of the customers. Finally sat down at 1:52

  Arby's 'has the meats' and many great sandwiches. The food is great, but the SC Surfside location is poorly staffed and getting food orders takes >20 min from when ordered... clearly not fast food! Recent visit was 4:30 pm, so you would assume it is prime time! If you have lots of time go there...otherwise look for another option...

  Honestly super disappointed I drove 20 mins out of my way to go to Arby's to not only be told you guys were out of sauce which literally defeats the purpose of me coming 20 mins out of my way they wait till I already paid for my food to tell me that then not only that but then I go home and the food is wrong I'm pregnant cannot eat cheese and my food has cheese on it after I specifically said not to do that you will not be seeing me again at this establishment I will go to another one Arby's at this point especially when I already have to drive so far in the first place
