  The food was ok. You can tell the grease needed changing. My biggest concern was the MOLD on the ice chute. That is just not acceptable.

  This location has been outstanding the past several visits. Dominic on the front register seems to be holding this place together! Young man had great work ethic and great customer service. Foods been great. Business seems to be picking up too! Keep it up folks

  I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready for pickup at 1:34pm. I sat in the drive thru line for a total of 24 minutes. There was only about 4 cars in the drive thru and I watched at least 3 more cars leave. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I checked my bag and of course I was missing an item so I had to go back. I went in instead of trying to sit in that line forever again and it was pouring down raining (my luck). Overall the food looks fine, haven't ate anything yet since I have to rush back to work now that my lunch break is over. The older gentleman was very nice though. Idk if they are short staffed or what but they were very slow and still not efficient. Maybe if I decide to come to this Arbys again the service will be a little quicker and they won't forget anything next time.
