  Ate here last week, had an amazing experience. The food was great, and the manager on duty Nick came out and asked us how the food was. Never had a manager do that before at fast food, give that guy a raise he’s great! Only bad part was I had to go to the gas station next door to use the bathroom and they had no toilet paper so I had to let it crust. Other than that everything was amazing.

  Apparently I’m not the only one that had a problem with the disgusting woman running the drive through tonight on 6/20/26. I placed a Mobile order around 8:30. She immediately had an attitude off the rip at the speaker and did not like being bothered. She starting demanding that I have to come inside to pick up my order. Told her I would pull around and wait for however long she needed as I had no shoes getting back from the beach. She did not care and seemed annoyed doing her job. As she continued with her nasty attitude and rude comments that weren’t necessary I drove off without getting my order. I drove farther up the road to the 544 Arby’s where they were so nice and professional. This is the job you chose not sure why you feel the need to talk to customers the way she did. Hopefully they do the right thing and get her gone. Definitely won’t be back. Don’t waste your time.

  Lady running the drive through tonight 6/20/2026 gave me an attitude at the drive through for ordering a mobile order at 920, I show up at 930, then I pull to the window and she literally started yelling at me about how they were about to close (30 minutes before close) a person like this should not be working in any customer service capacity. Doesn’t make sense to yell at someone for ordering from the place you applied to work at

  Came in through the drive through during the afternoon, ordered a beef and cheddar combo. while taking my order, Lisa, the “assistant manager”, was rushing through my order with a harsh tone, once i got to the window she gave me a dirty look while taking my card and made a comment about my hair; with the window still open, i overheard her talking about badly about the customers and an employee actually shared with me that she has been getting constant complaints. Received my food and it was OK, but what I can’t get off my mind is why they continue to employee somebody like this. This is not a new issue either, i have been to this location previously and when she worked here last she was even worse. Apparently she left and with the complaints she received was still hired back at HIGHER PAY (employees words) What a joke of a location.

  Frequent Buyer at this Arby's. Almost always I am welcomed and thanked for my order. Not always well-staffed but they do what they can. Almost always. One Drive-thru operator that I have had a couple of run-ins with there is extremely rude and hostile without provocation. She blamed me for my order being wrong twice and refuses to give salt when they clearly have it. Her name is Lisa and I wish to see her removed permanently before this Arby's loses customers customers along with myself.
