  Very nasty lady working June 21st by the name Brenda. This employee was so rude obviously hates her job. I asked politely for 4 arby sauces for my two sandwiches and was told only one sauce per sandwhich and gave me an excuse that corporate watches us.... and that it was arbys policy.. So arbys can you post the policy where customers are only allowed one arbys sauce packet per sandwich or is Brenda needing to be retrained???. Please do answer with the policy posted below..

  way too many EXTRA charges. like $1.00 for a piece of lettuce, one dollar for a slice (1) of tomato 🍅 and one dollar for a slice of raw onion 🌰 for 'extra's' in a ham and cheese 🥪 what is next a 'convenience' charge for using the drive up window. ??

  Just grabbed 4 regular roast beef and a large order curly fries brought back to the motel room to eat. The service was great. Food was good, fries were fresh and delicious. The employee that waited on us at the drive thru was extremely nice. I do recommend this Arby's.

  pricing... for a ham and cheese sandwich. there is an extra charge of one dollar for adding one piece of lettuce, one slice of tomato, and one slice of onion that is $3. dollars extra total for your sandwich... I cancelled my order and left. WHAT IS NEXT...do you want two pieces of bun for an extra charge ?

  The lady that assisted me was shanice. Shanice is a shining star in that Arby's restaurant she is always busy always helping the customers and seems to enjoy her job let's give Shanice a big round of applause thank you Shanice and thank you Arby's for hiring a competent polite confident young woman to work for you
