  The dude I’ve had in the early morning is great!! Extremely nice, professional and well mannered. I only come back because of him. I never had a better experience at a coffee place ever

  Employees were super rude and frustrated with us having multiple orders, they acted like it was a problem for us to get multiple drinks. When we ordered a drink with no ice, they asked if we wanted it filled halfway, we said yes yet the drink came maybe 1/4 of the way full. No manners from these kids, not even a “have a nice day” or anything.

  Shitty coffee. Just as crappy as scooters. Didn't know what a flat white or a cotado was. Ordered regular cup of coffee. Handed me the cup and said here's your Americano. Evidently they don't know the difference between regular and americano either. Will not be back.

  I love their energy drinks. The staff are very friendly, they offer great recommendations, and they are always high energy, even early in the mornings! The service is also very quick.

  Workers are rude, they don’t communicate with each other, iPads always don’t work, they will randomly stop taking orders in the middle of the line and then go back inside and a new worker will come out and take the order of the car in the back of the line while the 3 in front still haven’t had their orders placed. It’s unorganized and inefficient.
