  Ordered two cantina chicken tacos, its just the shell, melted cheese on one side of the shell, it didn't make it fully inside. Two crunchwraps, received 1. The cantina tacos, whoever is making food tonight, which is june 25th at midnight, needs to be fired. I will not come back here

  The employees there are always so nice. I do not know all of their names, but particularly Patrick and Charlene. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or the night you go there they’re always quick and the order is always right. Love this Taco Bell. Don’t bother with any other Taco Bell’s in the area. They are all rude. This Taco Bell on 707 super nice people. Food is always right. Food is always good.

  The food is fine but my issue is the way the employees try to up-sell in a deceiving way. I've had two different experiences at this location doing this. The first time I ordered Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos and they asked "Is sour cream okay on that?" in a way as if sour cream already came on the tacos. I then get my tacos and notice they weren't right so I realized they actually put on sour cream instead of the spicy ranch, and also charged me for the sour cream. The next time I ordered these same tacos and they asked "Do you want that spicy or mild?" I've never been asked this before when ordering these tacos but I went with spicy, which is another way they try to charge you extra apparently. I've been a manager in fast food before and this is really wrong in my opinion, I would never advise my employees to ask things in a way to try to charge them extra without even disclosing it. The question should be "do you want to ADD sour cream for $(amount)?" or "do you want to MAKE it spicy for $(amount)?" so the customer is aware. I have also never had this happen to me at any other taco bell.

  This taco bell is literally the best one ever. every time I come here my food is hot and fresh and the people are so friendly!! I ate at a different taco bell today and it made me miss this one!

  For the first time I have eaten here my wife and I were served pretty cold tacos! It's shocking how so many places are under managed and can't perform up to par anymore! I'm tired of having to take things back, ask for the correct items I pay for!! It's a service industry like so many others and it's heading downhill for sure. New building, nice area but the folks inside need better training apparently!
