I didn't even get the opportunity to dine here; I called 2 days before my group was going to be there to let them know I was going to have a large party come in. The person who answered the phone just said "Graham's Landing" in the worst customer service tone I ever heard, and those were the only two words she said to me. I went on to explain I was bringing a group of seniors from out of town and there would be 14 of us, before I could explain anything else further, I was hung up on. I tried calling back and the line just rang and rang without going to voicemail. I understand having a large party is tough on a restaurant, but I didn't even get the chance to tell her that we would be there on a Wednesday at 1PM, not even dinner time. Or that I understood if they wouldn't be able to seat us together because I know we're a large group, and they could separate us if needed. Horrible service just on the phone, I couldn't even imagine what it would've been like if we would have dined there, so needless to say, we will be dining somewhere else on our trip.

If you're looking for a great seafood experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. The employees were nice and the atmosphere ok. The food was average, but the portions were small for the price. We spent $80 for lunch excluding tips and really weren't full. I wood recommend looking for other places nearby.

Visited Graham's Landing on Saturday July 25th and was not too impressed with the food quality. Very under cooked. Scallops were cool inside and not worth the money that was spent. I was shocked when the food arrived and on the plate were 4 scallops and 7 shrimp. Now it did come with about 1 ounce of green beans and a fried grit cake. Guess I was expecting more for $32.99 My mistake for expecting it to turn out like the pictures posted.

I returned to Graham's Landing this year after an excellent experience during last year's vacation. When I arrived, the hostess asked if I wanted indoor or outdoor. I told her it did not matter so she sat me outdoors. It was a lovely view. It was breezy, so it didn't feel hot. My server, Riley, was very attentive. She asked the kitchen about food, allergies, and brought me everything quickly. My salad was phenomenal. That was the best part of my meal. I ordered the stuffed flounder which came very hot, but the flounder was a little dry and the crab filling had way too much filler. The green beans were canned. I also ordered a glass of wine. She brought me the wine with my water and tea, and I waited to drink it before my meal came as I had an empty stomach. After eating some of my meal, I went to drink some of my wine and there was a fly in it. Riley immediately took it and was very apologetic. I asked her to ask the bar staff to replace it since I could not drink it and hadn't even had a sip. She said she would try And came back telling me she was told no. I told her to relay the message that I wanted it taken off my tab because I wasn't paying for a glass of wine that I didn't get to drink. That's when Jon "Canada" Came out. He spoke to me very condescendingly about how it was my fault that the fly was in my wine since I chose to sit outside. There were no bugs out there that night, it was breezy. He told me I should've covered my wine when I wasn't drinking it. I'm not sure how I was supposed to do that when the only napkin I had was in my lap And I was using it while I ate. He talked about the cost that would be forfeited by the restaurant if he replaced my glass of wine. My tab was over $55 for just one person. My glass of Wine was over $10 for about 3 to 4 ounces. A bottle of Josh cost $15-$20 retail, and probably cost much less with a restaurant wholesale purchase rate. I would say one bottle of Josh at Graham's Landing would get about a minimum of five pours. If I bought a whole bottle, it would've cost me about $38. Quite the markup. Considering that, one small glass of wine being replaced shouldn't have created a hardship. It would've gone a long way in improving customer service. My experience that night was disappointing. The saving grace Was my server, Riley (Very sweet and attentive), the view, and my outstanding salad. Everything else that night, including my experience with John Canada left a sour note.
