  They have great produce especially the one in Little River near Harbor freight love the produce set up they have here and the bakery

  There was a strange lady that works there with blonde hair, just standing kind of giving people the evil eye not doing anything with her back against the aisle. I was waiting at the lottery ticket counter and she never came over. She stood there and it was super weird. She has a glasses I think and she kept staring at my daughter and it was weird. I feel bad for her coworkers that actually had to work today.

  I shop Food Lion regular. All the employees are fantastic, some I have seen many years so its so nice seeing a familiar face and a nice smile from nice local folks. I feel I get good value from Food Lion as many or most other stores over charge for the same items so I keep returning because of the location, the people and the price. The one complaint I have is the hot wing / food bar, In the past at times it has been good, VERY GOOD! However its now terrible consistently. Its not just me as I have heard others in the community talking, saying how bad the food bar looks and is now... My Mama who retired from Food Service always said "people eat with their eyes" The last few months the bar looked terrible but I thought perhaps i'm early or late but my last visit I made a point to go right at 6pm thinking I would see fresh hot wings but NOPE looked leftover from lunch or the day prior, its awful, shameful actually as I remember when it was fantastic! At one time the bar was well maintained and I would make a trip to Food Lion specific just for the wing bar but it only takes walking in a few times, LOOKING and saying YUCK, turning around and walking out for customers to find their wing fix another place. I suggest If the food LOOKS bad, old, dried up, REMOVE IT! I would suggest IF Food Lion can't do MUCH better with this hot wing bar on a constant basis, Or If customers like me have given up on it and the product is no longer moving and simply sitting and drying up, I would suggest and hope and expect FOOD LION Corporate to simply REMOVE this HOT WING BAR, THE WING BAR IS the VERY FIRST thing a customer will see with his eyes when walking into this store. When the first Impression, right at the front door is "YUCK" Thats not a good thing for anyone. We do enjoy shopping Food lion and love the people and do hope the wing bar can return to its past greatness, IF not I personally would like to see it removed... I do appreciate the nice staff, as you folks make my grocery shopping a pleasure and I thank everyone for that!
