I hade a very rude person waiting on me that burnt my sandwich. & they didn’t fill the drink all the way full because i told them light on the ice. & i work at the dunkin with the same franchise and they told me since i ordered light ice they can’t fill it up all the way because of their franchise. with my sandwich she threw it out the window & was not friendly at all. its like she was in a rush. bad food & a terrible drink.

My coffee had no sugar and they gave me a bagel instead of croissants. I tried calling them and it just goes to voicemail all the time this is the second time they messed up my order. I don’t recommend this one. The one on 707 near McDonald’s is the best. I think I figured the new one would’ve been better but I guess not nobody knows how to read an order over there. I am not happy with the service.
