- JCJoshua ColeJun 25, 20261.0I can't judge the atmosphere as I don't go in to eat here. I have lived near this store for some time and it used to be great. Prompt service, quality food and friendly staff. Over the past year the quality of all of the above here has diminished to being extremely poor all the way around. I have done 3 delivery orders from here in the past 3-4 months. We used to order more regularly but each bad experience is making us seek Domino's out less and less. All 3 of my last orders have had issues. 2 orders ago we received the wrong food entirely and called about it. We were told a credit would be added to our account. We never saw that credit. I honestly don't care about the credit but I just want to note this. Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, a 2 liter and gave a donation to St Jude as part of a promotion. This order was placed at approximately 6:23pm. The food was out of the oven by 6:40. I live approximately 1/4 of a mile from the store. The food was delivered at approximately 7:40. In that one hour window I tried to call the store multiple times and they refused to answer and just let it ring. I let the phone ring like 4-5 minutes each time hoping someone would answer. They didn't. When my pizza finally arrived I was missing an entire pizza. I called the store and they refused to answer yet again. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes this time. They never picked up. I reached out to Domino's corporate and all I want from Domino's at this point is my money back for the pizza I did not receive. The email I received from them said they had notified the franchisee. I haven't heard anything in regards to this from them yet. I would not recommend this Domino's to anyone in the area. As you can see from other reviews this location is not good at all. The food quality is lower than you would expect from a Domino's. The staff clearly could care less about providing any kind of customer service... and I get it. I understand but please save your money and try Roma's, Aroma's, Papa John's, Pizza Hut or any other pizza place in the area. This location is not good at all. I will never pay any money to a Domino's location again. This company lost my business for good. I don't want an apology, I don't want a credit from this place, I don't want the tax percentage back, I don't want the tip money back from the driver that failed to check the order. The only thing I want from this place is to refund the $17.66 they essentially stole from me. I will continue to write reviews of this place daily and send complaints daily until they refund the little bit of money they have "beaten me out of". Please just pick a different pizza place.

Took one bite and could hardly swallow it. Taste of cheese and mushrooms were horrible. Chicken bites with BBQ sauce and cheese was so overcooked you couldn't chew it. Fortunately you can't really mess up the lava cakes....because you are basically reheating it. Im done with this Domino's.
