  The food at Chipotle was very disappointing because the portion size was much smaller than expected, and the quality did not match the price. This is unacceptable for a brand-new establishment because us the customers should receive fresh, satisfying meals and respectful service. Serving such a poor portion makes customers feel ignored and disrespected, especially when they are paying full price. $19.41 for maybe $2 worth of food. I am truly disappointed in chipotle.

  I really wanted to like my meal. Really excited to get a Chipotle a bit closer to my house with a drive up window. Ordered online this afternoon. Set pick-up time 20 minutes past when I ordered. 10 minute drive home and food was ice cold, not room temperature cold, but refrigerator cold. Carnitas in my bowl tasted old, dried out and crusty. Wife and I both ordered a small side of chips (each bag had roughly 8 chips) chips were extremely stale. I'm really disappointed, I was so excited for this location to open, but I'm not going back. $50 for 2 bowls, sides of chips and guacamole, quality just not worth the money. El Cero just around the corner is better for about the same cost.

  Semi Opening Day the food was amazing and Whitney and April gave the best service imaginable. They greeted me at the door and made this the best chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

  I walked into work this morning and was informed by our front desk staff (I work in Healthcare as a Medical Assistant ) that the new Chipotle in Murrells inlet was open and offering free lunch to our office. I told the front desk what I wanted. At lunch time they went to pick up the "Office" lunch but could only pick up 5 of the lunches. This was never told to us before then. Our manager went out to pick up the rest of the lunches and also could only pick up 5. So everyone got their free lunch expect myself and one other medical assistant. Thanks for nothing!!! I don't always get the opportunity to go out and get lunch so I was looking forward to this. I will not be ordering or eat at your establishment. Disappointed
