  I was nervous to come here after reading all the terrible reviews but decided to give it a try because it was close to my doctors office and I have no complaints. Everything was clean bathroom included, staff was extremely friendly and they had everything in stock! I came back the following week when I was in the area and my experience remained positive!

  Chipotle at this location has been the worst experience on Uber Eats. Multiple times, I’ve placed an order, waited like everything was fine, and then they cancel it right before it’s supposed to be picked up. That completely delays dinner and leaves you scrambling to find something else at the last minute. It’s frustrating because the app makes it seem like your food is being prepared, then suddenly the order disappears when it’s already too late to make other plans. I understand restaurants get busy, but repeatedly canceling orders moments before pickup is poor service and poor management. If this location can’t fulfill Uber Eats orders, they should turn off ordering instead of wasting customers’ time. Literally one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this Chipotle location. P.S. I never leave reviews..

  We'd never been to a Chipotle so when we saw this store on a recent shopping trip, we decided to stop in. Commercials always look so appealing. What a horrible disappointment. The food bins looked like they'd been sitting for days, the refried beans were crusted over, and the restaurant seemed overall grungy. Needless to say, we walked out without ordering and will try one of the other Chipotle stores farther away from our home sometime.

  This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve had. I placed an online order and chose the shortest pick up window which was listed as 20 min after I had placed it. When I arrived at the restaurant there was a line of mobile and delivery orders. I checked to see how long it would be and was ignored. I waited for 30 min and could see on the screen that there was still 17 people in front of me. I would’ve jumped into the regular line, but from the time I got there they were alerting people that they were waiting for the majority of things to be restocked. Finally, after 50 minutes of waiting I asked one of the to go order employees if they could just cancel my order and give me a refund. They told me they didn’t know how to do that but would ask for their manager. The manager then briskly let me know that I would need to get my refund from where I placed my order. I tried doing so on the app but the app told me to talk to the restaurant. I showed them my chat on the chipotle app and they told me they couldn’t help me. They also told me they couldn’t cancel my order. I understand that it was cinco de mayo, they are understaffed, etc. It I just ridiculous to keep accepting mobile orders and to give an unrealistic time frame. I also did not appreciate the tone that I was spoken to. I attempted asking as kind and calm as possible as I could see they were overwhelmed. This experience was just poorly handled over all. I waited for over 20 min for the chat bot to connect me to a live agent. I ended up calling the main line and got through sooner. The live agent was helpful and got me my refund. I wish I could have the time that I invested also refunded. Chipotle has always been hit or miss but this experience was unnecessary and ridiculous. I think this specific location needs to be reevaluated from management down and the chipotle app needs to have an option to cancel/refund. No one should have to wait for food over an hour and never actually get it.

  This Chipotle continues to be the worst dining experience I have ever been exposed to. The attitudes from the staff are insufferable. They are constantly out of multiple ingredients and there seems to be no one holding them accountable. The restaurant is filthy. What is the hiring process for these roles? Where is management finding these employees? So many questions. If anyone wants to start a business that competes with Chipotle, I would be an early investor. They have a stranglehold on the market and that is the only reason they are able to stay in business at this location.
