  This place has gone downhill BIG TIME. Everyone in there seems like they absolutely hate their job and, unfortunately, they take it out on the customers. Don’t ask for extra anything because apparently that’s enough to ruin their entire day. They’ll huff, puff, roll their eyes, and make you feel like you’re the biggest inconvenience in their life. This Chipotle seriously needs to get rid of everyone and start fresh. I’ve been to this location twice within the past two weeks, and both times I witnessed the same heavyset white woman getting into vocal confrontations with customers. After seeing it happen twice, I honestly don’t understand why someone who clearly cannot handle basic customer interaction is working in a customer-facing job. Her attitude is disgusting and completely off-putting. You would think she’d remember that the customers standing in front of her are literally the people spending money that helps keep her employed. I just left there and I genuinely cannot believe how I was treated. I ordered a bowl with no meat, so obviously I wanted a decent amount of vegetables. When I asked the Mexican woman making my bowl for extra corn, you would have thought I asked her to give me the entire container. She immediately started getting irritated, PUNCHING THE AIR like a child, talking under her breath to the other employees, and acting like I had personally ruined her day. And, by the way, the customer BEFORE me had already gotten into an argument with her and he ended up walking out mid way through making his bowl. That should tell you something about the environment in this place. Then we get to the guacamole. The container was completely empty except for the tiny remnants stuck to the sides. I asked the woman making my bowl if they had more, and she made another huge deal about it before finally going to get another container. Here’s the kicker: she stood there scraping the metal container for about a minute just to get a tiny amount of guacamole onto my bowl. I barely got half a scoop. She then started to close my bowl, so I told her that wasn’t even a full scoop and that there was basically a tablespoon of guacamole on my bowl. She put a tiny bit more from the new container on it, closed the bowl, and then immediately told the rude woman at the register that she had given me DOUBLE GUAC. Excuse me??? I immediately told the cashier, NO, she absolutely did not, and asked her to open the bowl so we could actually look at how much guacamole was on it. It wasn’t even two full scoops, which is what would actually be considered extra. The cashier then tells me that whatever the employee says she put on the bowl is what she has to charge me for. So basically, this woman intentionally told the cashier she gave me double guac when she knew damn well she didn’t, simply because she was pissed off that I asked for extra corn and sour cream. She went out of her way to make my experience miserable over the most basic requests. If you hate your job THAT much, find another one. Customers should not have to deal with your attitude, your nasty behavior, or your personal problems just because you’re unhappy with your life. I will NEVER come back to this location. I’ll gladly drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to a different Chipotle just to avoid dealing with these people. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Restaurant was filthy. I can in right when they opened and the tables and floors were sticky and nasty. All the employees in the place were standing around, service up front taking our orders weren’t very nice. Food was mid at best and the chips….They advertise the new chili lime chips as something great when in reality they are the normal chips with either over or under seasoning on every chip. There was no consistency and I was extremely disappointed. This location needs a total overhaul.

  I love chipotle but this place is unclean. The garbages are always overflowing the floors are dirty etc. the service is horrifying. Everyone’s moving as slow as humanly possible as if this isn’t supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Literally just took me 20 minutes to get my food with three people in front of me. Really unreal

  Horrible experience, was just trying to get some lunch and watch a customer get treated horribly for asking a simple question to the lady up front by register. Still about to order, watch a dude just splash a whole bin of hot beans behind some lady who had no idea he’s right there. Then it’s my turn, nothing but scowls from everyone behind the counters. All 4. Nobody’s happy. Nobody gives a shit. Seriously do better, yall really killed my vibe just by going to go get some lunch. Embarrassing.

  this place is absolutely disgusting. Never clean, never has food and do not expect to get your food on time or even get your food at all. i’ve given this place multiple chances. at this point they need to shut down because they cannot seem to figure out how to run a restaurant. i’ve placed online orders via app and door dash and have come inside and ordered and it seems to be the same result every time; out of food, two hours on mobile orders or cannot make my order at all. call me insane to continue trying , i get it. but i am now done with this place forever. my final straw was today (and the reason i finally went to write a review) is when my door dasher went to pick my order up and they had said they already gave my order to somebody else and refused to remake it ???? how is that my fault in any way that you are incompetent? now i’m doing a run around with door dash and my bank to get a refund because i am unable to receive one because according to door dash chipotle still is making my order.
