  *We stayed at the hotel that was in short walking distance to this location 6/14 & 6/15 both for dinner. We ate here both nights we stayed since the first night was pretty much perfect. *Carlton was our server night 1. Super nice and made ordering easy after recommending some of the staples. He was very attentive and kept our drinks full. (Would have requested him had we saw him before being seated the second night) **The 5 star rating was from night one** *The drinks that were made were great coming from a career bartender. Had the blood orange Margo and the lady had the Mule both on the cocktail menu. Props to the tall lady dark haired bartender that made our drinks both nights! *..... The burgers!..... The burgers are what did it. Who ever cooked our burgers (on both nights) absolutely killed it! The burgers are what stapled that we were eating here the following night. Nice portion of waffle fries! the Ranch is delicious! (House made I assume otherwise I need to know the brand) *The kids loved the outdoor patio playground ! Great idea. We went outside after eating for a bit. *The server on the second night got the job done with the usual steps of service but without any kind of emotion outside of maybe not wanting to be there. He came up to the host stand as we waited to be seated. The kids were trying to say hello to him and he ignored and wasn't really welcoming in general as if us being there was a problem. We requested the same booth as the night prior to and low and behold he was server. He kinda rushed thru things as mich as possible. Seemed more interested in standing in front of the TVs to watch the game rather than anything else outside of hitting his vape in the server area and (open) expo lane. Very gross and odd. Taller blonde guy with short hair. Not sure if he even told us his name. He changed his tune when it came to us paying. I'm in the industry and blah blah.. he just wasn't on it that night hopefully his night turned around 🤘🏼 If for some reason we would visit that area again we will be back. Awesome drinks and burgers. Great kids menu selections!

  My server elena was great and made sure I had everything I needed, she was on it!!!! The fish and chips was so spectacular, will definitely be back!!!

  First visit to KSG in about 8 years and was very disappointed. Walked in and a much older gentleman was standing at the host stand making eye contact. He didn't greet us, smile or speak, other than to mumble and ask how many. He seated us and walked away without saying anything else. This temperment matched the tone of the whole place. It used to be a fun place to visit but it was very mortuary-like this time. Food was decent and server was pretty good. Overall, a forgettable experience, couldn't recommend.

  We had an amazing experience this week. Our server Victor was an absolute joy. My kids just loved him. He was kind, patient and the service was excellent. The food was top notch from the apps, burgers, sliders, salads and dessert. We will absolutely be back!

  We had the older gentleman as a server. He did not greet or table and did not check on us to see if we were ok. He snapped at me when I asked if we could get our tickets, I was told the manager had to take our coupon off. He was very rude and does not look like he likes his job.
