I sat there for 15 min with no one coming to the window.Then an actual worker comes and doesn’t say anything at all. She gives me my food and the fries were missing. I just left because I wasn’t going to waste more time. Mind you no one else was in front of me in line.

On three occasions, the wait was so long that I left before even placing my order because the line simply wasn’t moving. On another visit, they had run out of the food I wanted. On one of my visits, the dining room doors were locked even though the restaurant was supposed to be open, forcing everyone to use the drive-thru instead. That only made an already slow experience even worse. I understand that restaurants get busy, but after five visits this feels like a recurring operational problem rather than an occasional bad day. I really enjoy Bojangles as a brand, but this location has been consistently disappointing. I hope management can address the staffing and service issues because, based on my experience, I can’t justify coming back.
