- NBN BrownJul 29, 20262.0Unfortunately the establishment is being being run by teenagers who are on the phones constantly, not polite and not trained in customer service. They close at 9pm and 5 stools are available for seating at 5:30-6pm. Half the counters have stools up and tables have chairs on top with limited seating. Had to ask if they were closing. Always issues having bananas on stock or ripe. This used to be the best TS location and no longer. Bathrooms are dirty as well. Update 2 weeks later. We thought the place was closed. ALL chairs were up and when asked if we can take them down to sit, he said no not really. They want to leave right when the store closes so they shut down areas early.

When my order was finally brought out, the employee called my name, and I let him know the order was mine. I asked him a simple question, but instead of responding, he walked away while saying something under his breath. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but treating customers with that level of disrespect is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I got home, the food was overcooked to the point that I couldn't eat it. After waiting for my order and then experiencing poor customer service, it was very disappointing to end up with a meal that wasn't even edible. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. If someone truly doesn't enjoy working in customer service, they shouldn't take that frustration out on paying customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a better experience.

We pulled up, knowing that online it states that it’s open at 8am, only to be faced with the reality that it actually opens at 10, when the door has a sign saying it opens at 8, so we didn’t even get to try the smoothies. We will not be returning.
