We went here since the one downtown Charleston had an hour and a half wait. It was so much more quiet and peaceful, free parking, and easy going service š. I highly recommend and the food was delicious! I got the Toast breakfast (bacon, eggs and home fries) so good and the beignets for dessert, everything was awesome š!

Rating a 3 because I've had good experiences previously, but this time my experience seems to align with many on here. It took a *while* to be acknowledged though much eye contact was had with several staff who were just standing there *and* who were walking near/around/past me. Finally opted for the bar, but was never greeted there for nearly 10 minutes. Just left this time.

Great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Stopped in after hitting the pier to see dolphins and had a wonderful breakfast. The candied bacon was sweet and spicy, the coffee was hot and plentiful, and the steak and eggs were excellent.
Lilly was our server and she did an amazing job! This was my first time here, and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, and Lilly took great care of us. She was professional, attentive, and it was all done with a kind spirit and a sweet smile.
Went in for a late lunch with my family⦠ideally they had 4 people at the bar drinking and the bartender. Not a single person decided to seat us until a few minutes after they argued. Eventually a woman (Iām not even sure she worked there) brought us to a table with silverware and menus. After about 10-15 minutes of watching the staff at the bar drinking laughing and ignoring us we decided to leave. The people at the bar started joking when we got up about āwhose fault it wasā that we were leavingā¦. Canāt attest to the food or the cost but Iām shocked this place is opened and management should do something about this⦠steer clear of itā¦.
