  Decided to give them another chance because the sign says they’re under new management, but it’s not changed at all. The sweet tea was the color of apple juice and tasted like grease. Normally that’s a safe bet because their sodas and limeades are super syrupy. The ice cream in the sundae tasting like cleaning supplies. The smash burger and cheese tots were fine, but the best thing was the pretzel twist.

  Gentleman who is working right now (8/19 @ 9:27 am) is the most friendly fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. He is super helpful and has a great attitude. I hope the management/owner sees this and recognizes him for all he’s doing for their business!

  Slush machine has been down for 3+ weeks straight now, half the stalls have been out of order for more than a month also.

  Waited for 45 minutes, they never took our order because the speaker was being weird and not very loud. Then we got in the drive thru to place our order, and we waited 10 minutes there before they came and told us that wasn’t working. Then everyone behind us got their order taken first so we left. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere and I promise I’m not a Karen.
