  Literally never go here yall. Spent 50 minutes waiting for my food in the drive thru- no urgency or care from the works- literally ridiculous. Can we be fr??!!

  It says under new management on the sign if so they need to fire them. Service is awful, cold food. I left because they took my order and 20 minutes later still no food

  What is going on with this place? After waiting for almost 30 minutes I eventually left. This is the third time I’ve had a similar experience here. Where is management?

  Honestly worst sonic location I've been at second time coming in a row with issues the first time they got my order wrong after waiting almost an hour for a cream slush and instead of fixing it they just added a smidge of sweet cream on top no mix, then I make an online order today when I get it my large mozzarella stick wasn't with it when I got someone to ask why they just said they were out so they were gonna just let me leave without trying to switch it out for something else until I asked about it piss poor service for constantly having a new management sign up

  First, wrong order brought to my car, but I caught it quickly... Waited a long time for my order to finally arrive... The frys were cold, and yet extremely over cooked. Dark and extremely hard/crispy. Could not eat ANY of them. The chicken club toaster was saturated in to much mayo and an insane amount of wilted lettuce. There was no tomato, bacon or cheese on it as there should be... And for some reason it had lots of pickles on it, which isn't even listed as being a part of the sandwich. The chicken itself tasted off, and was dry around the edges... Was given a small size soda when it should have been medium. The side of onion rings I ordered was the ONLY thing that was good. I ate none of the frys, and barely half the sandwich. I have had bad experiences at this location beforehand, in years past, but this was by far the WORST. And this is "New management "? Its worse than the old bad management. I will NEVER eat at Sonic again, and thats truly sad, because I used to love Sonic.
