But the 5 star reviews on here are friends and family🤦🏻♂️ My wife and I heard this place had the best Philly cheese steaks in Charleston so being the foodies we are, we had to try. Not so much. We arrived at 11:30 for lunch, the place was empty, with 1 lady working serving a couple in front of us. 10 minutes later she finally acknowledged us. We ordered the small and primo cheese steaks. Fountain drink machine was down so only bottles available. The food arrived in another 10 minutes and the presentation was lack luster. The sesame hoagie bun overwhelmed the portion of steak and the cheese on the sandwich was barely melted. No flavor or seasoning and Not to mention the hoagie was dry. We’ve had Phillies up and down the east coast and this was far from good. Dropping $45 on lunch for 2 at a sandwich shop I expect it to be really good. We were looking forward to an experience but Hate to say it wasn’t. Should have gone next door to Jack’s Cosmic dogs, at least we would have enjoyed it.

Pleasant, the owners are some of the friendliest people I’ve come across running a store. The sandwiches are giant and have some much meat and toppings that I have to ask for a knife to get the sandwich to an eatable size. When the owners haven’t been there recently the staff is extremely friendly and the sandwiches are piled just as high and delicious. Thank you also for recognizing my Dad’s service to our country when he walks in with his Navy hats on.

For $16, this is disgusting. Taste is horrendous, coleslaw has zero flavor, and there’s next to no meat on this thing. About as much meat as a kids lunchable.
- MDMegan DombroskyJun 12, 20261.0Coming from someone who works with customer service, along with being a manager. i have never had to leave a shop and not even getting to order because im being threatened by 3 employees acting like they have no customer service experience not even no hey how are you hello may I take your order nothing along with one girl claiming she's pregnant and they all are making rude comments. Then because I am uncomfortable im like we can eat somewhere else they are like dont come back. Im good dont eat eat.but the one in summerville is 100 percent better dont go to the my pleasant location.
