    I mean I went in to use the bathroom and get a drink while my son got a happy meal and it was a sad meal not a happy one it was old and cold and bathrooms were nasty

    Wrong food given to me, my coworker has alpha gal, essentially a disease which prevents him from eating red meat, hence the 10 piece nugget. I did not receive my large fry, their sprite is flavorless, and rather than getting the 10 piece nugget, they gave us a bacon qtr pounder with cheese???

    This has got to be the most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, especially the night/overnight shift! My husband and I work late and being that we live 5 minutes up the street from this particular McDonald’s, it is more convenient for us. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled up here and the drive thru screens are off, making it look like they are closed. The drive thru is open 24 hours. Why are the screens off?! Ok, so, my first bad experience is when I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and I asked for it to be cooked fresh. I get home and the nuggets are hard as rocks, but they were hot. So that tells me that they were refried instead of them cooking it fresh. I took it right back! The manager on duty at the time was very apologetic and made sure everything was fresh. My second bad experience was earlier this morning. I placed my order and asked for everything to be made fresh. I get home and the only thing that was fresh was the fries. To say I was LIVID is an understatement! So I took the whole bag of food back and told them that they are going to get someone sick or worse! Not one person apologized. These people are supposed to be ServSafe certified! And y'all have timers people! TIMERS!!!!!! The timers literally tell y'all when to discard the food! Y’all are just letting food sit in those nasty trays and serving it instead of discarding it in the proper waste bin/bucket. People with compromised immune systems can die from eating food that’s been time/temperature abused or cross contaminated, etc etc. When I worked the overnight shift, everything was cooked to order. And no one was hanging around outside. There’s ALWAYS something that needs to be cleaned! Y’all also need to change the oil in those vats especially the chicken vat. Y’all are destroying the oil because y'all keep refrying stuff. And yes I worked in fast food as a manager for more than 10 years. I know when people are trying to get over and I pull their card every single time. Anyone that has ever worked with me KNOWS I don’t play about food safety! You all at this establishment need to retrain these people in food safety. I also forgot to mention the phone being off the hook when you try to call back to make a complaint.

    Never received service. There were more than 6 employees in the back and I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes. Every employee looked at me and never said a word. Horrible customer service. Even the manager did not acknowledge me.
