  Ordered on the app, in the restaurant, because no one was available. The server that eventually started taking orders barely spoke english. The food took over 15 min to be ready. Both sweet tea containers were bone dry, so no sweet tea for us. Not so fast food at this McDonald's.

  Customer service horrible and she couldn’t understand what I was saying, but had an attitude at the same time and my food was ice cold!

  i want to preface this by saying that i worked in food and bev for years and have patience and grace with food workers. but, i placed a curbside order tonight, the order was placed at 8:36 pm and i didn’t receive my order till shortly after 9. not only that but i had to go through the drive thru to get my order because i got tired of waiting at curbside for nearly 30 minutes. my food was cold! it had been sitting there for gosh knows how long. there is no excuse, i’m sorry. the least that could have been done was either a refund or to remake my food after sitting there so long. unbelievable. if you are too short staffed or for some other reason can’t handle curbside along with drive thru and in person, then cancel curbside ordering. mcdonald’s do better!

  This McDonalds location is one of the best in the low country! There was a time when it had kind of fallen out of favor with the locals but apparently there is new management and they also did a major remodel to the store and now it is AWESOME! The service staff and management are top notch! Fast, friendly and professional and the food is great! Antonio is a particularly exceptional employee. Always dependable, friendly and fast! Love this store now!💜

  I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had with a manager named Jose at McDonald’s. During my visit, Jose displayed unprofessional and rude behavior that made me feel disrespected as a customer. Instead of addressing my concerns in a calm and respectful manner, his tone was dismissive and inappropriate. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I am requesting that this matter be addressed, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this issue.
