I waited 30+ minutes, had to leave for the hospital, never received my food, and couldn’t get a refund due to unmanned registers. Appears half staffed and slow grill bottleneck. Seems DoorDash/Uber Eats prioritized, orders should be paused/reduced when the kitchen can’t keep up with in-person customers. They also desperately need more peak-hour staff, clearly marked pickup/order lines, and an order-status screen instead of one guy shouting random names over a loud kitchen. I was a fan of this brand even with the increased prices but won’t go back here. I never give 1 star reviews but this needs an overhaul. Close for a week and fix the process 5 Guys.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
