  Oh, I am so upset. I went in to make sure I was going to order the specific donuts my son want. I wanted to talk to a human and points to the donuts my son wanted. I understand that there were only two people working and they were busy working on with the people at in the driveway drive-through not a problem however when the drive-through was done, and there was nobody else but me at the counter, I asked the boy who started restocking or cleaning. If I could order some donuts he told me to order from the kiosk. I walked out. I am so upset. The sad thing is I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts numerous times and while I realize some people have good days and some people have bad days most of the time the people work in the window are friendly. That is why I gave the service two stars. I would’ve given them more if I hadn’t had that interaction with that boy who was working I would’ve given them zero stars if it was just based on that boy the woman who is working dealing with customers I get that she actually talk to me and asked if I was waiting for Food or waiting to order. I told her I was waiting to order. I need not one little bit of acknowledgment.

  Terrible experience. I booked on the mobile app, when I arrived they informed me they were out of the donuts I ordered and would not refund me. In addition, Dunkin will not respond to any of my complaints.

  This was literally the worst place I have been, I waited in line for 10 minutes and no one came to take my order, when I went to the window to see if anyone was there the person working was just sitting there doing nothing! Unbelievable!! Do not go here.
