- LDLove Durango1 day ago1.0Wow Dunkin’ , your new (non) customer service model is a success - no customer service to be found anywhere. This is the last time I will go into a Dunkin’ in SC . I tried one a couple of weeks ago - terrible. But thought, ok maybe that was a one off - NOPE!! I went into this Dunkin’ just after 5am - they are supposedly open at five. There were only two types of donuts in the case and about the same of Munkins - so I asked is this all the donuts available? Thinking maybe since they are in a 7-11 they have less of a selection. I had to get the persons attention ( again NO customer service to be found- no Good Morning) she looked at me and said we just opened - we are still getting ready. Ok - so I assumed it was ok to order from the kiosk - since there was not going to be a person to order from . I ordered my donuts hoping the ones I had selected would be available. The kiosk doesn’t seem to have a way to pay cash ( at least McDonald’s gives the option to pay at the counter ) - I wasn’t able to get anyone’s attention to pay and the kiosk timed out - so I left without any donuts — I am done for now with Dunkin’ . If negative stars were available I would give them , instead of the one. Dunkin’ go back to your roots of what made you a popular donut shop!! Customer Service and please add an option to pay at the counter.

I understand that there were only two people working and they were busy working on with the people at in the driveway drive-through not a problem however when the drive-through was done, and there was nobody else but me at the counter, I asked the boy who started restocking or cleaning. If I could order some donuts he told me to order from the kiosk. I walked out. I am so upset. The sad thing is I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts numerous times and while I realize some people have good days and some people have bad days most of the time the people work in the window are friendly. That is why I gave the service two stars. I would’ve given them more if I hadn’t had that interaction with that boy who was working I would’ve given them zero stars if it was just based on that boy the woman who is working dealing with customers I get that she actually talk to me and asked if I was waiting for Food or waiting to order. I told her I was waiting to order. I need not one little bit of acknowledgment.
