The staff is very Mount pleasant friendly and the manager goes above and beyond, I had a simple issue with a missing ingredient and it was offered to be made again right then and there- instead I chose a credit and when I was having an issue with that I called and he actually ended up giving me two whole new pizzas for free, talk about customer service! Highly recommended and I really appreciate being treated with such respect as a customer, definitely had to leave a review 👍

The two employees, a young man and a woman, looked at me several times but never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Another customer then walked in and stood behind me. The young male employee immediately came over and helped him, even though I had been waiting there first. Only after that did another employee ask for my name and hand me my order. As the only non-white customer in the restaurant at the time, while all of the employees and other customers were white, the experience left me feeling like I was being treated differently because of my race. Whether that was the intention or not, it was humiliating and disappointing. My family and I will not be returning.

Once I got it and got home I realized they messed up the order but good thing for Publix and their frozen food.

The call system is clearly accessible and functioning. Instead of attempting to follow instructions, the driver left my food unattended inside the lobby without making any effort to use the call button. I work in healthcare and cannot simply leave my post to search for my order. Given the wildlife and safety concerns in this area, this was handled very poorly. Delivery instructions are there for a reason. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attention to detail.
