  This is seriously the worst Cava in the country. Items are frequently out and counter is dirty despite being fully staffed and workers standing around. The customer service is as bad as it gets. You're lucky if the workers even look or speak in your direction as they take your order and act bothered. You can walk in there when it's empty and it'll still take forever to get your bowl. Needs new management and staff desperately.

  2 times now I’ve gotten food from this location and the order was a hot mess. 1st time no chicken was available. Now today i ordered via DoorDash to find no tzatziki, no hummus and no feta. They also did not include my side pita. Very disappointing

  My kids and I went to CAVA after 8 pm, expecting the employees to be tired and the food selection to be limited. We would have been fine with that, but there was plenty of food, and Ashley Duncan went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. I was surprised by how cheerful and positive she was, even that late in the evening. Everyone around her was smiling! She wasn’t looking for anything in return. She was just being kind and making everyone feel welcome. She’s a ray of sunshine! We’ll definitely be coming back often. Ashley is a fantastic employee to have on your team!

  I always enjoy the food here-especially the pita chips. Service can be hit or miss with portion sizes varying depending on who is serving it but the service at lunch on 9/25/26 was exceptional from the person dishing out the food to the cashier!

  Tonight I arrived just before closing. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. The counter person was DJ. He did not rush, the food did not look picked over…I was very impressed with his customer service. Another coworker Rick chimed in on our conversation. I can tell that they are a great team!! Great service for sure
