  Came in for dinner tonight and didn’t even eat. This place was filthy! The bathroom stunk and there was trash all over the floor. The food bar was so dirty. When I saw the worker fanning flies away that’s when I decided to leave. Trash all over the floor as well! Don’t even waste your time.

  This is one of the worst Cava’s I have ever visited. My husband and I came in for dinner around 8 PM or so, the employees seem to be cleaning. They had all the containers of food sitting out, I am assuming to clean down in the cooler part of where the containers sit in. There was all kind of food down in the cooler and all kind of food in the floor. The customer service was lacking terribly. We seem to be annoying them by coming in. We ordered our food and we sat down to eat, and the entire time that we were eating, we had to listen to the boy in the back being loud and playing around. I saw some other customers walking up to come in, and I heard him holler from the back before they came in that they were closed. Overall, the place is dirty and the customer service is terrible. It is in a very nice plaza so was somewhat shocked. We visited on the evening of Aug 13. If I was management, I would check who your employees were that were working that night.

  First time ever trying Cava, and I'd been wanting to for awhile. I got the strawberry steak salad, and it was delicious. Very pleased and will eat Cava again!!

  do not ever do a pick up or delivery order from this location they can never make a bowl correctly unless you're physically there to hold their hand and walk them through it.

  I have been eating at Cava since they opened in the mid Atlantic. This particular location is consistently the worst I have seen. The prep area is atrocious and the employees seem unmotivated. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt but no longer. I went yesterday evening and I don’t see how this location can be profitable. They gave me more than double the protein amount that I would ever expect. Almost unedible. It was so much. Some people wouldn’t mind this, but it left no room for anything else. In addition, they seem to always be out of certain foods. They were scraping the bottom of the pan for some of the items. I was not interested in eating after watching this. So I tossed my bowl out and left. So disappointed in this restaurant and the chain they have now become will not eat here again. Done. I have always liked the concept and there are other similar options in the area I will go to.
