  Do not order online from this location, they have not once got my order right. You literally have to go in person to supervise your bowl being made or they won't get it right, not sure what the issue is.

  We have given this place so many chances because when they actually get the order right and manage to do it in the timeframe they projected, it’s one of our favs. But this happens less than half the time. Delivery through their app was a fail. Initial estimate said 45 minutes and they kept pushing back the time. Long story short we ended up going to the store after an hour and 30 minutes and it was there and forgotten about. Several times when we have ordered for pickup it wasn’t ready when it said it would be. This last time I ordered delivery via DoorDash figuring if the DoorDash person was there looking for the order at least we wouldn’t get forgotten about. It came quickly but 3 of us ordered dishes with grilled chicken. It was so spicy non of us could eat it. I think they must have used the harissa chicken and not the plain grilled chicken. This isn’t the first time that has happened. And there isn’t even a way to call the actual store. You can only contact a corporate customer service number. I wanted to speak to a manager to understand if the grilled chicken is expected to be that spicy or if they agree I probably got the wrong one. Because if it is expected to be that spicy, the menu description needs to be updated.

  The manager Carolina (hopefully spelling is right, this was on 6/8/26) was there from 7 AM to close because the closing manager didn’t come in, and she still had the BEST attitude. She was very kind and accommodating and was patient when I didn’t know what I wanted. You couldn’t tell she’d been there over 12 hours one bit. Legit would recommend a raise for her!!
