  I had a really disappointing experience at this Arby’s. Before I even ordered, I noticed how dated and run-down the building looked. It definitely seems like this location could use some serious cleaning, maintenance, and remodeling. Unfortunately, my experience at the drive-thru window made things worse. The employee who handed me my food had a visibly dirty/stained shirt, and his hands and long fingernails appeared dirty as well. I don't know whether he was involved in preparing the food, but seeing that immediately before being handed my meal made me extremely uncomfortable about the cleanliness and food-handling standards at this location. I ultimately couldn't bring myself to eat the food I had just purchased and ended up throwing the entire meal away. The overall experience left me feeling grossed out and questioning the cleanliness of the restaurant. This location really needs attention—not only to the condition of the building, but more importantly to employee hygiene and overall cleanliness.

  Order food on the app & it was ready when I pulled up. Pleasantly surprised that they didn’t make the milkshake until I told them I had arrived. I asked for extra sauce & the associate went & got it for me without giving me a hard time. (as has been my experience at other locations in the past).

  Loena was phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and prompt. My first time to Arby's in years, definitely going to make it a more regular stop now
