The subway website hasn't caught up with the recent time change and I placed an order for 11 but when I got there and finally received the confirmation email, it said 12:00. I told the man there and I was not going to sit in the restaurant for an hour. I'm totally aware he has no control over the website but instead of telling me that it's "not his problem" that the website is messed up, he could have handled the situation better and at least asked me if I wanted to wait and if I didn't then I needed to get on the website to cancel. But instead he was rude and quite frankly a jerk for the entire situation. I'll never go back. I worked in food and beverage for years and there's no reason to be this downright rude. The owner and the franchise obviously don't care.
