  I guess McDonald's is no longer considered fast food. Every time I've gone there through driveline, I have to pull over and wait. Today I waited almost 15 mi minutes for my food to come out. They don't come out with an apologetic disposition, but with an attitude like the wait was my fault.

  I’ve enjoyed coming to this mcdonald’s since they’ve built it and honestly have never had any problems, but the past few times i’ve been here, there’s been issues. normally i would leave a review on the app so it goes straight to the higher ups, but obviously nothing is changing. i will say the manager has always reached out to make it right, but i dont want free food, i want the service to be right. as in respectful employees and to make sure that i have all my food in the bag the way i ordered it when i pick it up. I always place a mobile order to pick up instead of telling them my order, because i find it easier to do. Last time i came, they forgot my chicken sandwich and i waited over 40 minutes after they had me park and accused me of lying, which is unacceptable. This time, i ordered 3 large fries and not a single one was filled. i was practically given a medium in large container. if i wanted 3 medium fries, i would’ve saved my money by ordering mediums.

  Greatest regret of my life. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! You actively have to try to be this rude and unhelpful!!! They hate McDonald’s based on the work ethic / attitude. They lost money bc they wouldn’t add items to the order?? Just ended up going somewhere else. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Saving you time and money
