  7 cars in drive through 30 minutes before close, unaware any customers were present then turned them all away.

  Flagrantly closes well prior to marked hours, also just ignores the drive through for several minutes until they're close enough to closing time to refuse orders. Night shift clearly wants to effectively stop operating an hour early but can't be bothered to change the operating hours.

  This McDonalds has the nicest staff and is always very clean.

  For a new restaurant, it is already kind of dirty. Drive thru team obviously has not had proper training. They don't know the specifics of menu items. And inside, be prepared to wait. I watched 3 employees, one of which was a manager, order food and sit down to eat while another couple and I sat there waitingfor our food. And of course, they did not include my sauces.

  Don’t know what was going on last night but we sat in the drive thru for about an hour. Whoever was in control of the drive thru would skip the first speaker and only take orders from the second. Then they eventually stopped answering the drive thru at all and everyone had to sit there for a long time. When we finally got to the pick up window, there was a lot of playing in the kitchen and people with no uniform going back there messing with the machines. Rude and unprofessional staff. Never have had a problem with this location so maybe it was just this shift?
