- RMRoahmin Murphy2 days ago1.0The first bad review I've ever had to take the time to write & wish I could assign 0 stars: Horrible customer service. The self-serve kiosk does not allow you to scan your app and the register apparently only accepts cash transactions. The staff member at the register was nice but does not know how to work the kiosk and kept telling me I was doing something wrong, which was not the case (scanning a QR code is not rocket science). I asked for the general manager to come over for a second, the staff member went to explain the issue, which shouldn't have been an issue at all. The general manager communicated with the staff member that there was a way to scan the app but that she didn't have time to speak with me and that I would have to go through the drive thru. Mind you, the time it took for her to communicate this with the staff member, she could have spoken to me. There was 1 car in the drive thru, but the general manager didn't have time to walk over 10 feet? Only reason I came here is because the mom & pop coffee shop down the street closed. Will never spend my money here.

I waited 20 minutes for a basic order consisting of an iced coffee and pre-made items. The service was highly disorganized; drive-thru and customers who arrived after me were prioritized, and my order was prematurely marked as "complete" on the tracker before it was handed over or announced. The most disappointing part was the lack of accountability. When I inquired about the missing food, the cashier dismissively told me, "I only do coffee," yet immediately began packing donuts for another, later customer. This level of blatant inconsistency and poor communication is unacceptable. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating ordeal due to a total lack of urgency and professional standards.

It wasn't busy at all no cars in the drive thru no orders being prepared, but our order was still made wrong (we ordered sausage, got bacon). When we politely asked for it to be fixed, the manager was rude, snatched the food without apologizing, and slammed it down. It took a while to get the corrected order, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable. Mistakes happen, but the attitude was gross-especially when it's not busy and you are the one that made a mistake. This is the second time dealing with an issue like this here with the managers. Like I worked customer service and with food and knew when I made a mistake and apologized not make a customer feel uncomfortable and upset.
