  Quality control at this location is severely lacking. We've had multiple experiences of ordered items not being included in our bag, and often times when we do get what we ordered, it looks like the picture attached. We only ever experience this issue at Moncks Corner Chick Fil A. In today's experience, the burrito I received was hard/stale and looked like it had been toasted to some extent. It wouldn't even stay folded because it was so rigid. Why would you ever serve this to someone? If I was eating at the restaurant I would have asked for a new burrito, but I didn't see it until I was already at work.

  Just waited 45 min for 2 kids meals and a number 1 with 2 kid ice creams while they "couldn't find my order" even after I was asked twice to repeat what I had ordered. Did I mention the food was cold and the ice cream was melted when I finally recieved it? The whole experience was extremely Discouraging as this is somewhere i use to go to almost daily.

  Came back to add that this is literally the slowest location I've ever been to. Open up the dang mobile-thru line and if you aren't going to do that then disable online orders. Why, just why, have I been sitting in this line for at least 10 minutes since receiving my food? Oh bc there are other orders ahead of us online orders and instead of the employees using "their pleasure" to ask those other cars to move forward, they're just running the already made orders back to whichever cars. I garuantee my kids food is cold before I get it to him at the house. And by no means is this the girl who was running the foods fault. Its clearly poor management. But by far this is the worst CFA I've visited, hands down. This is one of the worst CFAs I've ever come to. And I've given it multiple chances. I'd honestly rather drive the 20ish minutes to the Goose Creek CFA instead. My first major complaint is that the mobile ordering drive thru lane just merges into the regular drive through lane, so you end up having to sit and wait anyways. Why even offer mobile drive thru at that point?! Next, the food. This last visit my chicken was obvs borderline mangled before being fried and then just laid upon my bed of pickles (major bonus points for maxing out my pickles tho!). I mean it was edible, it was cooked right. It just wasn't very presentable. Oh and now the inside is like a sit-down restaurant, so when they forgot my cheese I had to wait for the young lady to get back around to me so i could ask for it. And its not her fault and I guess there was really no other way to do it but I had to do ice cold cheese on my by that point warm sandwich. Not having the melty cheese kind of sucked tbh. And lastly, some of the employees just aren't very happy it seems. When I arrived this last time and went inside, I was so confused bc there was no longer the usual front counter we all know. I asked the lady that was standing there if we're allowed to order inside. Now I know that sounds like a dumb question but I was genuinely confused by this new setup. So she says yes and asks if its for there or to go. I said there and she instructed me to go sit at a table and the young lady would be to me soon. Like why couldn't I just place my order with her? But whatever, anyways. I then later had to go up and ask for more ketchup packets and a Texas Pete pack and I just felt like she seemed aggravated. Maybe it was just my imagination. Either way though, I think I'll just keep going to the Goose Creek location bc I'm starting to think this one isn't ever gonna get it together. And lastly I'm just curious why theres always someone just following the employees around? Like this last time there was a different lady not dressed in the typical CFA uniform, just following the "server" girl like a hawk. Maybe its some kind of training but I know I'd absolutely hate to be followed like that my entire shift. It has to be mentally stressful as all get out.
