  Timed it, I was here 18 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order. I left and won't be back. OWNERS you better figure it out or you will be forced to shut doors for good.

  Been there 3 times. Order messed up every time. Went through drive thru yesterday and ordered two dinners. Both breast and wing. Got home and found i had both dinners a leg and thigh. Made my last trip to Moncks Corner store. Would have returned them, but gas is too high right now.

  I came here a few days ago and honestly, I may not return to this location. I thought I was using a cheat code because it's new, but already the place isn't being kept up. One of the doors were broken, I went in to pick up my food and there were flies all over the place, and they almost forgot one of my fries. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order as I thought they had everything, but they didn't give me my rounds. Food still tasted great, and the mashed was surprisingly good the next day as leftovers as I ordered hungry and bought too much food haha. Either way, a bit disappointed this place is already falling apart as I think it's quite new. Staff were pleasant, and they looked relatively happy as they were joking around with each other. One might say this is how my rounds weren't in the bag, though...

  Had an issue with my food but the manager, Chasity, helped me with it with a positive attitude and no complaints. She was awesome! I was iffy to complain about my order at first because I know this location might be known for poor customer service… but it was really refreshing to receive this type of service here. Thank you again, Chasity!

  Insane that people who work here are not fired. At a drive though and some woman says no words, no smiles, we said thank you and she slammed the window. Disgusting. Than they get our order wrong and dont even have sauce.
