Honestly, its my fault for continuing to pay money to this exceptionally unique establishment. I have been there 6 or 7 times now, with each successive attempt exceeding even my lowest expectations. It's on the way home, and I don't want to drive miles to the other franchise. Here is one such experience.
I pull into the drive through line to order food for my family. As is tradition in this fortress of ignorance, they tell me to wait before ordering, forget to turn off their mic, and continue to talk while thinking they are on mute. After a few minutes, I order 2 meal deals and a happy meal, and, due to an unfortunate food aversion to onions, explicitly state, twice, that I would like my food without onions.
I pull around to the first window to pay. A man who I can only assume is enjoying his first day of freedom after being released from the disciplinary segregation ward of a maximum security prison is there is grill me, and tells me that my order was never rung up and we have to redo the whole thing.
I tell him what my order was, and after a lovely 6 seconds of awkward silence it appears he was able to process a coherent thought. He reads out my name, realizes I did, in fact, order my food at the drive through speaker, and takes my payment.
I pull up to the second window and can only describe the experience as watching what looked like the entire staff running around and bumping into each other three stooges style. One of the men gains their composure and opens the drive through window, hands me two of my 3 drinks, and closes the window. A woman behind him, who appears to be the manager, can be heard audibly screaming at him to make sure I have all 3 of my drinks.
He comes back to the window, pulls out a Hi-C orange from under the table somewhere, spills the top layer of it onto his hands while attempting to put the lid on, and then hands it to me. I have gotten all 3 of my drinks now, so this is going great so far.
He then grabs a bag off of the counter to bring to me. Before he makes it to the window the manager again yells at him that there is stuff missing from my bag, grabs it, and puts a few other items in there before handing it back to him. Surely, this will be the time that changes my mind about this fast food experience, given the amount of extra eyes on my meal. He hands me the bag, tells me to wait for my happy meal, and closes the window.
I check the inside of the bag to gaze upon a successful order. Then, from the jaws of victory they snatch defeat. The bag has a custom triple cheeseburger inside instead of my meal deal burger. I politely wave to the still-frantic employee inside to let him know that I may have received someone else's food.
He very aggressively tells me that what is in the bag is what I ordered, and I tell him someone's triple cheeseburger is in the bag. His manager behind him then comes to defend him against what is clearly the world's worst customer, echoing that what is in the bag is correct. I gave the bag back to them, they look inside, see the triple cheeseburger, and what they did shocked me.
Instead of getting me my food, they rip the sticker off of the burger, put it back in my bag, and tell me what is inside the wrapper is correct. I accept the food, as at this point I simply want to escape, and await my happy meal. After a few minutes the employee comes back to the window and yells at me, asking why I am still there. I tell him I am awaiting my happy meal, the manager yells at him to give me my food, he grabs me an open boxed one, and hands it to me.
I pull out one of my burgers to eat it on the way home, and, wouldn't you know it, the sandwich I had waited for is decorated in onions. It is as if they tried to design fish scales with chopped onions on my burger.
If anyone in management reads this, I would like to tell you I have lived in 6 states, been to thousands of restaurants, and this establishment is, without question, the worse restaurant I have ever seen or heard of in the country. Please, for the sake of the citizens of Greenville, do better.
Sucked. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We went in there, ordered 6 piece nuggets, 2 apple pies, and a drink. They were not at all busy, but everyone in there seemed to be regulars or kinda knew each other, which seemed weird.
Anyways, we waited 20 minutes for the food and my sister had to go up and ask them for it and they said we were waiting because they had to cook the apple pies but when we got our food, we got what we ordered, fries and a blueberry pie, which we did not order. The apple pies were cold!! Not at all hot like they said they would be after getting done cooking. The fries and the nuggets were room temp, and we still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our drink.
Even then, my sister had to go up and asked for her drink. And when she did, their response was “what drink did you have?” Like it wasn’t on our order.
Please don’t go here. They have really terrible service and I will NOT be going here again. So so terrible.
