    I visit this place often, and I’ve never had this problem before. What I’ve noticed is that I’m getting tired of ordering my coffee mobile, only to find that there are no cars and my order is not being prepared. But this morning was especially bad. I had to wait for the coffee to be made, and when I finally got it, it was awful. I have a meeting to be at, and I’m on a tight schedule, so I didn’t want to go back around, but again, the coffee was just terrible. So, I turned around, and they let a trainee take an order for two coffees. It took at least five minutes for her to take the order after I gave her my phone to redirect off of. She could tell she was confused, but they still allowed her to take the order after they made them. I got the coffees, and again, they weren’t good. I’m writing to let them know so they can be more mindful of people’s time. This isn’t the place you want to go first thing in the morning when you’re trying to have a great start time and service.

    This location is difficult to access and when I did get to it they didn't even make sure the lid was secure so now my car and I covered in coffee. The barista offered to remake it which was nice but one time being burnt was enough for me. I'll be sticking to Liquid Highway and Starbucks from now on.

    My son and I love stopping here after school some days as a treat. Weekends, too! The quality is consistently good, the employees are always so sweet, and they always make the best drinks. Chase there is my man. He has made my son's day time and time again by remembering his name and chatting with him while at the window waiting about Pokemon, movies, video games... Just thank you, y'all. You take such good care of us.

    It's really annoying when its 7am and there's only 2 cars in the lane, so me being the nice person i am, I didnt wanna cut in front of anyone who had been there before me, so i get behind them. Then minutes later 2 more cars show up in the other lane yet somehow they were able to both go in front of me. Now im stuck waiting even longer, even though i was here FIRST. This is a consistent issue with this location. Don't have this issue at other locations.

    Original Review 3 Stars: First few visits of getting the exact same thing every order (iced vanilla latte, extra sweet, oat milk, soft top), my drink was perfect and consistent. The last few times, things have been off. One time they forgot the soft top, the next everything seemed settled at the bottom, the next it wasn't very sweet (or cold) even though I do extra sweet. They're still better than Dunkin because of their top tier service and friendliness. But I've been disappointed with the quality the last few visits. I also noticed recently that they have a B rating posted from the SCDA (formerly DHEC). One of the items on their inspection noted that cold dairy items were not being kept at proper cold temps, which is concerning. The location is very new so I hope they didn't start high and experience a quality drop that they can't recover from. The last thing I'll note is their bite size breakfast items are not worth the price. They're tasty, but way too small to be their current $3+ price. Updated Review 5 Stars: DB is the best and quality is back to the highest level. Love this place and never want coffee from anywhere else. And no, I haven't been hacked or reprogrammed. DB is simply excellent.
