- JIJazz Irby2 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I would not recommend this location in Mauldin. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after my first visit, but unfortunately my second visit was just as bad. The first time, I waited in line for about 30 minutes while employees were yelling out the drive-thru window talking to people instead of focusing on customers. After all that waiting, my drinks were made incorrectly. I went back today hoping for a better experience. Even though the line was very long, my drinks were wrong again. When I got to the window and politely let them know, I was told my drink was correct. I order the sugar-free peach drink regularly and could immediately tell it wasn’t made correctly because it was noticeably sweet. I wasn’t going to argue, so I just left. Consistently getting orders wrong and then dismissing customer concerns is disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

To only be told the people behind me were getting served first because they had to zigzag. Even though I was in line before everyone else. Customer service was rude when I explained that I was first After waiting in line for five minutes to pay for an eight dollar coffee. Seven brew is where I will visit from now on now.

She was super fast with taking my order, kind, and on top of that she recommended me the best drink of my life. If I go back I hope she’s always at the front to take my order! Definitely will be back.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
