- DWDavid W4 days ago2.0Coffee is generally made correct however the staff is rude and lazy. First time the employee answers the drive thru lane with a "hello".. this isn't your personal phone. 2nd trip we waited at the drive thru speaker for 3-4 minutes before anyone said anything despite there being no one else in front of us. Ordered in the app both times 10 min before arrival and selected 'ASAP'. Drinks hadnt even been started and we waited another 5 min at the window with no contact by anyone inside.

A young lady comes in, clocks in, and then helps make drinks without washing her hands. There's a sink visible to use. Washing hands and changing gloves are the simplest sanitation duties to do.
- KBKenneth BrownJun 22, 20261.0I came into this location a few days ago because I had a horrible experience at the Simpsonville location in the Spinx store. I got something as simple as an ice coffee and waited 15 minutes for it. It tasted a little off so i asked to speak to the manager because the young lady was prepared occupied. When the manager came over she was friendly but she was very incoherent and high. She smelled like a pound of weed and cigarettes. How do you allow someone to work under these conditions with such a branded company as dunkin. Her eyes were very blazed and she was consistently laughing which indicated she was high as a kite. The service again tucked and when she remade my drink it still didn't taste the greatest. I hope the service changes and things improve with new staff sober if possible.

I then waited another 10 minutes in the store and no one came out to greet me. A patron of the store told me the 2 people working were in the back, what in the world?! Finally a guy came out and didn't even apologize. He said give me a few minutes. Finally came back and took half my order and then left again to deal with something cooking. What a disaster! My daughter told me just to leave. We are from Massachusetts where the Dunkin name shines with pride. This is not the first negative encounter I've had with a Dunkin in the area. It is a true disgrace. So after 20 minutes of waiting I left and the worker passive aggressively told me to have a great day. Hopefully the owner is taking note to how terrible the customers at this location are being treated.
