  Drive through worker was very short, completely unfriendly, no greeting just a “what can I get for you?” I asked for a dozen Boston cream donuts and she said the most we can give you is 4. I asked when there would be more and they said they don’t know” then just a “drive around”. Do better Dunkin’. Hire better.

  Ordered a matcha latte via mobile app Was in drive thru like 10 minutes Waiting for 10 minutes for someone to say hello at order kiosk Finally I said HELLO? They said oh sorry I said mobile order They said ok drive up Waited another 10 minutes for cars in front of me Then got to window They said they were out of oat milk I said ok I’d like a refund then Girl said she can’t I said why not She said she’s not qualified I said then have someone qualified put $7.01 on a gift card bc I don’t want another milk She said she can’t Wasted $7.01 No gift card No cash back Why was no one “qualified” working there? Why is getting a drink so hard? Why didn’t she tell me when I was at the kiosk ten minutes earlier there was no oat milk? Awful service

  This is honestly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are more concerned with getting dancing baseball players for an appearance than hiring workers. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru for a mobile order and didn’t get my iced coffee . You can’t even go inside and you are stuck in the drive thru. Luckily the people after me in the drive thru decided to leave so I could as well. The employee stated she is a new employee and is by herself working. Truly the worst Dunkin and I have been to a lot everywhere. The number on the window nobody answers so here is my first 1 star review! I would give zero if possible terrible management.

  Terrible customer service. Didn't confirm who I was picking up for, gave a very rude and short answer to me before slamming the window shut in my face.

  The guy the window I ain’t got no on his face. He don’t act so enthused. I got a karma craze and ain’t hardly no caramel in. It don’t even have a taste and they think I’m gonna settle for this and take my money for it now and the service at this one in Malden always sucks. They got the worst service ever
