Mentioned this to them in person before but it seems to have gotten worse. For the price you should get a decent bowl.

I sent my husband back to replace the kids meal + the extra sides of sour cream, and the manager tried to claim it got watered down from mixing with the medium salsa- well, explain the separate sides that are liquid too... I asked her if she would replace the sour cream with extra chicken after she told me all their sour cream is watery, because at this point it’s about the principle of it and I’m not getting what I ordered/paid for and am now being inconvenienced. She said “no because it costs more money.” So then I ask if I can just pass on the remake today and just get a free kids meal for another time instead and she said she’d give me a free chips and guac/queso, even though the kids meal is MORE than those things. The utter lack of accountability and customer service is astounding. And then to top it all off, we’re enjoying what parts of our meal can be enjoyed, and there’s a big chunk of AVOCADO SKIN in our guac. Their kitchen staff is sloppy and their manager lacks accountability and integrity
