Been coming here for four years. For the last five visits it has taken me 25-30 minutes to get my food on the drive through. Half of the time with no wait time warning. This time I was told the wait was fifteen minutes and ended up waiting thirty. They still managed to get my order wrong, and my grandmother’s chicken was so burned we couldn’t even cut through it. Won’t ever be coming again.
Came here with my husband and two kids for dinner and recognized an employee, Malik, from Main Event. He hosted both of my kids’ birthday parties before and did an amazing job then, just like he did today! Sad to see him leave Main Event, but Bojangles definitely gained a great employee.
He was so kind, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. One of our drinks spilled in the booth, and he cleaned it up quickly without any attitude and even gave us refill drinks as we were leaving. From my understanding, it was only his 3rd day working there, but you would never know it. He was running drive-thru, taking payments up front, and still making sure customers inside were taken care of.
Malik definitely deserves recognition and a promotion for his hard work and customer service!
Every time I go to this location, I remember how terrible the service is! Workers usually mess up orders or always seem to have an attitude for some reason. Last time I was there, I was told that one of the sides that I chose was unavailable. Once I was looking through the other available sides I was confirming with my group but the lady seemed rushed, even though we were the only ones in line!

This is by far the WORST bojangles I’ve ever been to. I spent $30 on cold food that looks like it’s been sitting all day. I didn’t go back cause I didn’t want to argue with people who look like they couldn’t care less. Just close this location down, the people working there are disrespectful for serving working people this mess.

There is a gentleman named Quan who has excellent customer service skills, my order was filled, correct and complete in a matter of minutes. I am very pleased to see the awesome turnaround since this new crew took over servicing this restaurant. Oh..yeah they are very pleasant customer oriented.
