  Went inside to place an order at the kiosk because the mobile app was not accepting orders, waited 32 minutes to receive my order just to get home and the bread has mold on it. Tried calling twice to let them know, no answer and voicemail is full. Wasted time and money.

  For so early in the morning the ladies room was absolutely disgusting, probably hadn't been cleaned the night before. Washed my hands and left. Food order was wrong, when asked to add the correct sauce to spicy saja McMuffin, they added to the wrapper around the sandwich and not on the sandwich itself. We asked twice before the sandwich was made to be sure he had the correct sandwich on the order as it was rung up incorrectly. Very disappointed today.

  All leads in the store are to be sure customers get a more than good experience. When a soda machine is broken(coke nozzle) it is the responsibility of the leads to disengage that particular line. Customers will never advise staff SO IT IS STAFF'S responsibility to do an hourly check on equipment. Ice machine with a broken neck can harm a customer. Sticky floors from spilled drinks will always attract flies and other bugs. With a small dining room a guest should not need a fly swattwer when eating. PATIENTS IS HEAVILY NEEDED BY US CUSTOMERS THE STAFF SEEMS OVERWHELMED.

  Bought two double fish, got a mile down the road and they were single. So we paid double. Called to complain, the manager (who l doubt was a manager) put me on hold forever, then accused me of calling before and that I was trying to scam or something. (Evidently they have made this mistake multiple times today because I did NOT call before) I don't have time to run back down tomorrow in the middle of the day to speak to someone named Krystal who apparently is REALLY the manager, so I will just leave this review to warn others and then BOYCOTT them. SAD that this is how paying customers get treated these days.

  I only come here to get my baby a kids meal and normally mornings or early noon is alright. This late shift, no mam no sir. Somebody had to come from the back to take my order after standing there over 5 minutes because the young boy that was at the register had to run to the bathroom and throw up as another male customer stated. Most employees acted as if they didn't see the customers and most acted as if they were high. I'll stick to day shift workers and want be getting anything from them once dark.
