  This was the first time Arby's ever disappointed me! I asked for no red sauce on my beef and cheddar, I got a roast beef sandwich with no cheddar sauce instead. My Jamocha shake was runny and seemed already partly melted. I was so upset because I was on the road traveling so I couldn't turn around but wasn't gonna eat what was given to me. This was the first time I've ever felt like I wasted my money at Arby's an I don't know how to feel about it.

  The young man working the drive in window tonight was the nicest, respectful young man I have ever seen. You could tell he was doing all he could to show good service. I am in rhe service business and this young man will go far with his kindness. Thank you so much for giving us hope in the service business. I will be back to your restaurant based on his respect.

  Awesome service from the staff. They are really helpful in letting someone about food that wasn't to greasy. Will be back again and again
