At least five times this year I have been to this Arby's and the store had no roast beef. I've been for various times of day and had this result. This is the main reason people go to Arby's... It is like going to Zaxby's and they not having chicken...

The manager was at the front counter when I came in with my spouse. He saw that I was having trouble with the menu and offered me the box which was actually delicious. His friendly personality is what will bring us back while traveling through again. Thank you for the smiles today we were actually experienced trauma when we walked in and for once during our entire day we felt normal. Thanks Arby’s!
