  I walk in at 1:40 and these sorry workers want to bicker back and forth while they stand at the curly fry station on the phone and COMPLETELY ignore someone until i turn around to walk out they holler “with you in a minute” slack fast food

  Food was ok. Bread was not warm. Meat was Luke warm. Restaurant is dirty. Service is ok

  This was the first time Arby's ever disappointed me! I asked for no red sauce on my beef and cheddar, I got a roast beef sandwich with no cheddar sauce instead. My Jamocha shake was runny and seemed already partly melted. I was so upset because I was on the road traveling so I couldn't turn around but wasn't gonna eat what was given to me. This was the first time I've ever felt like I wasted my money at Arby's an I don't know how to feel about it.
