- MMMichelleSep 22, 20261.0Worst Bojangles around. Cold and dry chicken. I ordered a grilled sandwich and it was so dry and overcooked. I also ordered a leg and thigh and they were both barely warm. It took forever at the window and the customer service was bad as well. I had to go back for my sandwich since they forgot to put it in the bag. They all moved so slowly too. Will no recommend and will not come back. AVOID AT ALL COST! On top of everything it was so expensive.

But this one location has turned me back into a loyal Bojangles customer but it has to be only this one location. The people here are the best and you will get the best most polite and friendliest experience and this is a super clean restaurant and the food is great. One thing that's outstanding here is the biscuits which are by far some of the best biscuits I've ever had anywhere!

The new one is NOT BETTER. But I've never gotten food here that wasn't HOT and fresh. The biscuits are killer. It tastes like food made by people. They've even got me skipping Hardee's next door many mornings... except when I want a gravy biscuit. But the staff are all kind and they keep the inside clean. Top marks. Can't ask for more for a Bojangles.
