  Stopped here around 6 p.m. on Saturday night (5/16/26) ordered two #16's and requested one without bacon, the woman said ok to my request. I then asked for two strawberry milk shakes, and ketchup with the order. She told me the total (25 something) and I went to pay her at the next window. She hands me the milk shakes. Then the bag of stuff. I asked her "is the ketchup in the bag?" She replied yes. HORRIBLE. My dad cant chew bacon thats why I asked for one without bacon. So NEITHER one was marked, and both had bacon, AND we weren't given any not even one ketchup, AND the tater tots tasted like fish. The milkshakes were good, but it was a sad order otherwise. Totally not worth $25 bucks. I WILL NOT ORDER FOOD from here ever again. A milkshake yes. Anything else no!! You people are SCREWED UP! This isn't the first time you've done this to me either and now I'm done with it all. Don't care if you like it or not I said it. If I could give you below one star I would.

  So does anyone actually work here? I sat at the drive thru for five minutes yelling hello. Nothing. Didn’t see anyone inside but plenty of people outside. Called. No answer.

  Since yall supposedly don’t “allow” trailers (fyi a small one) in the drive thru.. you need to put a sign out so people will know, instead of us waiting for 10 mins and then finding out. Then being told to pull around and to come inside to order.

  waited way too long for a pickup order while everyone in the back was hitting their vapes in the walk in and play fighting. wasn’t even acknowledged.
