  Sonic employee asked us to refund entire order to due ice cream broken. Already contacted like 2-3 times on support ticket due to bad business days and finally got refund… i am never ordering in sonic app at all!!! It suppose to be ask customers about ice cream being broken and they should get refund immediately or cancellation orders. Also, onto next couple weeks try out sonic ice cream still broken during my visit. I was like u joking?

  Not once not twice now giving chance x3. Order was not right and no receipt. Was told the regular slushie only comes in a large cause 1 I ordered a peach slush route 44 added cream flavor. Not a cream slush. The first two orders were exactly the same the third order was just regular jalapeno poppers. As I was given jalapeno poppers with only a large drink. I explained that I ordered a route 44 peach. $22.58 two oppers and rt4 i got tots poppers and large drink. Told well thats what i ordered. So without the receipt how was I to prove that not to mention a line that was a mile long. Management should have better training. Food aervices u Isn't hard labor hence Ai will soon have your jobs. Pay attention to details.

  Ordered ice cream and mozzarella sticks for delivery tonight. The ice cream tasted like chemicals/cleaners and I was missing the sauce for the mozzarella sticks.

  They just give you whatever and it usually sucks. Wrong item, ignored complaint, $15 for a sandwich and ice cream, and said ice cream leaked through the bottom of the cup. Sad

  I ordered a hot fudge sundae, mini oreo shake & chili cheese tot on the app. It said ready at 9:15. I got there & checked in at 9:19. After waiting 20 minutes an employee came out & asked what I wanted. I told her my name that I already checked in & what my order was. Employees were walking out cursing & saying the were quitting. After another 10 minutes the employee came out yet again asking what I ordered. Holy crap man. After another 5 aminutes she brought out a mini shake, a chocolate sundae & a corn dog. Told her it was chili cheese tots. After a total of 40 minutes I went inside to get my tots. Surprise after getting home I see they are old overcooked fries, not tots & no oreos in the shake. I do believe it's time to get a new manager & employees that can understand orders.
