  Great fast service. But there was no receipt in the kiosk, sandwiches were thrown together, soggy breads, cheese melted so bad that it was more on the package than the sandwich, to much onions on the bagel sandwich.

  Customer service is horrible! Wait time is horrible! Employee having arguments in front of customer on night shift! Just ridiculous

  2 drive-thru lanes open, it takes 35 minutes for them to take the order of 3 people in front of me. Then another 10 minutes before they actually take my order for only 1 item. The line was consistent but not busy. They should be able to take orders faster than every 10 minutes per customer.

  Order on mobile order, the lady at the front seat refused to bring out my order bc her nose was running, waited 30 minutes after going inside for my order never received it terrible service and terrible management in my opinion

  We can never go to this McDonald’s and get stellar service. I’m not sure why they make us use the kiosk. We use the kiosk we put our order in. We wait patiently we don’t ever get a receipt. Then I usually have to reach across the counter and get my own cups because no one will come and help you to give you cups or sauce and then if you stand there looking at them, they look at you and make comments. So then you say hello I need some help please. Finally, they come to you with an attitude and want to know what you want. This past time on four 1826 at 5:19 PM. We had a table number 11 the sign was on our table. She called out the order number, but we didn’t have an order number because we never got a receipt so we had to watch for our order which we did, we went and got it and then of course I had to go back and ask for sauce and ketchup, and then I had to go back and ask for the strawberry banana smoothie that was clearly on the Ticket. Then we proceed to open the food. It’s not even lukewarm the fries the burgers were customized. They’re not even look for the cheese is barely melted and I spent $30 and this is the kind of service we get. I went To the counter several times one time for the cups one time for the sauce back up for the strawberry banana smoothie and the lady in the purple shirt is rude and makes the comment that’s the same woman up here again (attitude) , I say yes it is the same woman because I need something else that you all forgot!! This is not a first time this is almost every time we go to McDonald’s and trust me I would not go if it was not for my grandchildren who like to go to McDonald’s I would mark them off my list and never go again because the service is crap this past time when we were there, there were no lids for the medium cups the time before we were there, there were no napkins in the dispensers either dispenser. It is just never a pleasant experience. The food is lukewarm at best. And for $30 I would like to get a little bit of nice customer service and some decent food for my grandchildren to eat. And all the people that write reviews it seems like there’s nothing ever done. Customer service never gets better. The food never gets warmer or hotter. What is going on at this location?
