- RGRa's al Ghul5 days ago1.0Avoid this location if you care about your food safety, they have employees who will intentionally serve you underprepared food if you ask for help! Placed a mobile order for two drinks and mac and cheese before I get there. I get there and get told it would be a 15-minute wait while they make the Mac, I have no issues with that and pull into a parking spot. After 30 minutes of waiting in my car, I went inside to ask about it. The worker was incredibly rude, telling me she "can't rush the grill." Minutes later, she handed me the food but forgot my drinks. When I got to the car, the mac and cheese container was cool. I opened it and it was completely cold, despite supposedly just coming off the grill after waiting 30+ minutes for it to cook. She clearly gave me cold food intentionally because I asked about the delay. The manager was great, he apologized, and fixed the order, but the employee's behavior was unacceptable. I have filed a complaint to DHEC for intentionally serving cold (underprepared) food.

From the moment we walked in, the employees acted like they hated being there and seemed annoyed that customers were ordering. Customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when we asked for a receipt, they let us loom at it for 2 seconds and were told they needed it back I’ve never had a restaurant refuse to give a receipt for an order, which was frustrating and unprofessional. We also ordered both a 3-piece and a 4-piece Supreme meal and were only given one sauce for those meals. When we asked for additional sauces, we were told we would have to pay extra. For meals that size, providing only one sauce is unreasonable. Overall, the poor attitude, lack of customer service, and nickel-and-diming over sauces made for a very disappointing visit.
