I called their store and was told if I wanted a refund it would have "wait until a manager is there or they can remake it but it'll be 45 mins before its delivered, or you can pick it up and it'll be faster" i said fine ill pick it up. She said "ok give us about 30-45 mins" I said "wait, isnt that how long you said the delivery would be?" She said "it could be longer than that" . So after I had already paid the delivery fee and pre-tipped the driver online, I still had to drive to the store to pick up my missing pizza. When I was waiting for my pizza in the store they were joking about how people are going to be mad about the wait times and how they will just stop answering the phone. This location needs to do better and act more professional.

We didn't discover this until 2 hours after our pizza was due to be picked up. Now why this isn't their fault, we asked not once not twice, giving our name both times, but three times before we were told we didn't even have a order there. Two times 30 mins apart we were told it's almost ready the 1st time we asked and the 2nd time we were told maybe 15 more mins. So we walked down to the family dollar bellow for ranch, came back stood outside for about another 10 mins, then decided to sit inside and wait as we was getting really frustrated at this point as to what could be taking so long as we was already 15 mins late ourselves before asking the 1st time. So again a third time I checked again to be told they didn't have an order under our name. I said okay so why was we told twice it was almost ready? We could have done figured this out and home. We had 5 hungry babys at home waiting all this time. The response was unfortunately they just tell everyone that. Smh. My family had driven 7 hours to visit us and then had to go through that mess until 1030 that night. We placed the order at 745. We found our pizza on kings road at 1030. It was ready to go, thank God! What a mess! Never again will I go to this location. Why in the world they done that I do not know, but they really ruined our evening. Maybe the pizza is great idk, but the customer service is the worst I've seen at a pizza place.
