  Employee's at this store are pleasant and smiling.... For a fairly new store,they have it down! I only had to say my order once and when I received it OMG, it was right! Hot and good! Give these people a raise!!

  I'm giving this location my best 5 star review. I waited for 1 measly mcdouble for over 35 minutes in the dining room. When I ordered it wasn't packed. Drive thru had like 3 people. And there were no old folks refusing to use the kiosk and order at the counter. Everyone was doing things the way it was intended. Manager and the employees stayed hidden the whole time while everyone started to accumulate inside. One lady just wanted the BBQ sauce she ordered for her kid and because no one came up or put it in the bag to begin with, she reached over the counter and grabbed it from the cart. I gotta tell ya, an employee showed up in 2 seconds, grabbed the sauce cart, and went back in the kitchen ignoring everyone. I gave up and told the guy AHEAD of me to take my receipt and he could have an extra burger. This review is 5 stars because I am swearing off "fast-food" because of this location. And that is going to do nothing but good for me. Thank you *NEW* McDonald's location. Making people healthier than the rest ❤️

  Shut this place down. To wait in line as long as they have you do this would have been a resolved issue where I’m from in Virginia.

  Ordered a double bacon and cheese quarter pounder and two sprites. Checked while in the drive thru to see if they put bacon on the burger (they usually dont) and to no surprise they forgot it. Whatever not really a big deal. They take back the burger to put bacon on it and while I'm waiting I take a sip of the sprite and it's disgusting like the flavor is out it's just carbonated water. Tell them and they give me new sprites and my burger. I ask if they can take the two old sprites and they say no, yet they could take back the burger? The two new sprites I got were just as bad as the ones before, they probably just remade them from the same fountain. I dumped all four sprites as soon as I got out to drive thru and basically ended up paying $14 for a double bacon and cheese quarter pounder. Some lazy workers up in there for real. This was on 08/01/26 at about 11:05pm. How does this McDonalds never fail to mess up simple orders??

  If I could select negative 10 stars, I would. Pulled up to drive through at 3:45 am. Girl (Jamaican) comes on speaker to take order. When I say, “Just a moment please,” she says “better make it fast” as I’m looking at menu and deciding. Then we wait 30+ minutes for the food (one combo)……Nobody is there. I guess our visit inconvenienced the night shift’s sleep or interrupted them from scrolling on their phones. The customer service here needs some attention as the few experiences we have had previously were also unacceptable. Do better.
