  Sandwiches had very little toppings dripping in mustard. Staff very unfriendly acted like we were bothering them. Very uncomfortable environment.

  I love Jimmy John’s but today I was pretty disappointed. I was unable to drive to the store to order my food so I ordered delivery from their app. It took an hour and a half for my food to be delivered (I live less than 10 min from JJs…3.5 miles) upon arrival by sandwich was so soggy from waiting on the delivery person to get there… I guess they use uber eats and not an actual delivery driver employed by Jimmy John’s… also I asked for napkins, mayo packets and Jimmy peppers of which I didn’t get. My large soda wasn’t even full and tasted watered down (probably from sitting for over an hour) which is wild cause it was only a quarter full…oh and no straw. Just very disappointing.

  The kids who worked there were incredibly rude. No respect. Ordered my sub and it came with literally just meat when I ordered lettuce, onion, mayo and provolone cheese. What kind of sandwich place doesn’t have honey mustard or wheat bread? Waste of money. Won’t be back.

  I had never been to a JJ before so I figured I'd try it. I've been to a lot of sandwich shops, but I've never been to one that didn't have a single hot sandwich. When I asked if they had hot sandwiches I was told, word for word, "Yeah, you can get any of the sandwiches toasted." That is NOT a hot sandwich. I just left Walmart if I wanted lunch meat. Unimpressed, bought nothing, will never go to another Jimmy John's. Edit. My mother who I took there got a sandwich and when we got back to her place was HIGHLY disappointed in the lack of lettuce and 2 half, so 1 whole, tomato slices on it when she unwrapped it.
