    Stopped by on our way home from the beach. I’ve enjoyed Jimmy John’s before, but they messed up our order and it was super mediocre. Wrong sandwich size (my husband and I had to split a regular instead of the giant I said I wanted), didn’t put things on the sandwich that I ordered, and put extras on my daughter’s sandwich that she didn’t order. We won’t be stopping here next time.

    Disappointed. The girl taking our order would have preferred we were not there. Very unhelpful. We ordered a sandwich with no mayo and confirmed it 3 times because she seemed to not care. Sure enough we get home and the sandwich has mayo on it. We'll that was a wate of money because I do not eat mayo. I will be going somewhere else for sandwiches.

    I love Jimmy John’s but will not be coming back to this location. As soon as I walked in the girl greeted me with her head cocked to the side like I was inconveniencing her and said “pick up” before I even finished walking through the door. Never a hi from her or the other two employees. When o was ready I looked at her and again she had her head tilted like I was annoying her. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order bc she refused to speak to me. Then only said “huh” after I said what I wanted. The other two employees looked uncomfortable by the situation and quickly made my sandwich and were really nice. The one lady that made my sandwich had to tell me that I could just grab my cup and chips bc the lady that took my order walked away to sit on her phone at a back table. I didn’t see name tags but my receipt says a lady named Hannah took my order. I get not loving your job but this was excessive. I know you have plenty of other patrons but I will never come back.
