  We ordered our food through the drive thru but had to wait for it out front. I went inside to use the restroom while I waited and was blown away by the impeccably clean and well organized store. The lovely young lady working there had incredible customer service skills. She apologized for the wait with a kind smile, and worked diligently to complete our orders during a lunch rush. She seemed to genuinely care about her job which is a refreshing thing to come by now days. Our 5 sandwiches were some of the best Jimmy John’s my family has ever had. I’m thankful I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from going because things have obviously improved.

  I hope the owner sees this. They messed up my food and I complained and even the call to apologize was terrible. This place will be out of business in six months.

  Good flavor but kickin chicken wrap had a very small amount of chicken - second time this has happened; if they loaded it I’d eat there often- won’t be back

  Cashier was rude and cold, asked for a toasted sub w extra mayo, i got a cold sub w no mayo. First and last for me
